I am writing to express my concerns and anger regarding my recent experience at your hospital following my wife's operation. During her stay, I noticed that nurses frequently provided prescriptions for various syringes and medicines that were necessary for her care. However, after the treatment, some of the prescribed medications caused allergic reactions, leading us to not use several items that were provided. Upon her discharge, I returned these unused syringes and liquids, totaling 900rs, expecting a refund as I no longer needed them. Unfortunately, I was informed that once prescribed, medications cannot be returned. I find this policy quite frustrating and unfair, especially since it seems that the medications were not appropriately necessary for my wife's treatment. This situation has left me feeling unsatisfied with the service provided, as it appears that the focus is on financial gain rather than patient care. I believe that hospitals should prioritize the health and well-being of their patients above all else. And their staff are like doing modelling in the hospital rather than not working like a real nurses. Near operation theatre they open shoes. No cleanliness and no rules... ##stupidity##lier.##worthless experience.

I had a great experience with Dr. Sandhya Rani. Her treatment is very effective and professional. She takes time to understand the skin concerns and recommends the right solution. I noticed visible improvement in my skin after following her treatment plan. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a trustworthy and experienced dermatologist!

The treatment provided was good and met my expectations. However, the staff behavior was not up to the mark. They were not very polite or helpful, which affected the overall experience. Improving customer service would really enhance the quality of the visit.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hospital. I visited for a skin problem, but the doctor did not provide proper treatment or clear explanation. Even after multiple visits, my condition didn't improve. They seemed more focused on fees than on patient care. I do not recommend this hospital to anyone looking for genuine and effective treatment.

I have red colored swelling over scalp for past 5 months . Sandhya madam done a surgery for it. Now my wound healed. I am so happy now.painless treatment. Thank u madam

Worst management ever seen. They give token and ask patient to wait for 3-5 hours. They are patients or slaves doctor has to tell. Atleast they need to give time along with token. After this much circus doctor consultation time only 2-3 minutes with multiple patients in the same cabin. They are not running medical service instead running commercial hospital for more money. Simple calculation. There is 120 tokens average 5 mins per patient it will be 10 hrs in a row.. but they don't how manage.. making patient to wait like hell with pain.

The doctor is providing good treatment, but the staff is not giving proper guidance on how to take tokens and when the doctor will arrive. We have been waiting for more than five hours without receiving proper treatment. The service is the worst. I strongly recommend that the doctor change the reception staff; the hospital will grow as a result. Even a single staff member is not providing proper guidance, and they are not giving accurate information to patients.

Good hospital Amaranth Doctor analysis and treatment is good. He is well known for his best treatment in the town. More medicines prescribed by the doctor better if he can reduce the medicines and give required ones only. Wheel chair accessibility is available. Parking facility is there. Maintenance is good. Pharmacy is there.
