Too many fake promises, people come as they are afraid of dialysis, and these persons take misadvantage of that fear. If your condition deteriorating they will show apathy ,and misbehave so that you don't come to bother them. I have seen many people dying because they don't opt fir dialysis and believe that this medication will make them fit. But kidney damage is an irreversible process, it can't be functional again once damaged. They have a trick, they will plan your diet with zero protein to show that you creatinine level is decreasing, but without protein in the diet no one can survive for longer, once dead no one will come to complain there as life is already list
