So poor staff facilities in hospital don't waste of time mr Vishwajeet night attendant and TPA staff Ritik kumar misbehave with customer and patient night doctor not properly coordinate with customer only waste of time pls don't admit in hospital food quality is so poor I have requested to legal government authority human rights and TPA authority pls be blacklist and legal action on hospital I have also uploaded pics with evidence . Only take money with patient .

I was recently admitted to Samay Hospital for my surgery, and my experience here was truly excellent. The entire hospital staff was very professional, caring, and helpful. In particular, nursing staff Ravi behavior was extremely friendly and supportive.
Ravi's took care of me at all times, made sure I felt comfortable, and attended to all my needs. His positive attitude and compassionate nature made me feel at ease, almost like being at home even while in the hospital.
I sincerely thank Ravi and the entire staff at Samay Hospital. People like them are a true asset to any healthcare institutions .

Samay Hospital's claim "Every Condition Counts" seems like a farce. My experience was marred by unprofessional staff, questionable medical care, and poor hygiene.
- *Long wait times*: My father waited 13 hours for angioplasty due to the doctor's unavailability.
- *Rude staff and unprofessional Doctors*: Nursing staff Vishwajeet was particularly unprofessional and neglected timely medication.
- *Poor communication*: Duty doctors provided alarming and contradictory information about my father's condition.
- *Delayed response*: Critical situations were met with delayed responses, further compromising care.
Given these issues, I strongly advise against visiting Samay Hospital. The experience was traumatic, and I eventually shifted my father to Medanta Hospital Patna for better care.
*Recommendation:* Avoid Samay Hospital due to concerns about staff professionalism, medical care, and hygiene.
