The staff at Sudha Ram's private ward are quite unprofessional and unfriendly. They seem disinterested in helping patients or responding to queries.The patient is screaming in pain, telling the nurse "I'm in pain, it hurts" but the staff doesn't take any action and instead makes a joke out of the situation.First, ask your staff what happened when my mother was shifted to the private ward and left on the bed without proper care. If she needed to be taken care of later, why did we come to your hospital? When there's a problem, you don't even visit. And what about the health insurance rejection? Didn't we clear your bill? Was it wrong for my sister to tell the nurse that my mother's pain was increasing and that the doctor had prescribed medication? The doctor had already written the prescription in front of us. What's more concerning is that your nursing staff seems careless. After shifting to the private ward and completing all tests, no action was taken based on the prescription. My sister waited for 30-40 minutes, and when she asked, the nurse said, 'They've just arrived, and the patient is in pain.' The nurse was taking it lightly, laughing and joking about it. Is this the kind of training your hospital staff receives? The doctor initially behaved well, but when my sister pointed out the issues, Dr. Sudha Ram reacted poorly without even understanding the situation. Is this how you treat patients? I'm sorry to say this on behalf of my sister, but this is the worst experience we've had in any hospital. And please check with your staff if the bill is clear or not." Thirdly, ask the lady (didi) who was involved what actually happened. If they're speaking without reason, I'll come myself tomorrow and confront them. I want all the issues to be discussed in front of me so that you also understand what really happened."

Dr. Ravi Shekhar are tretment are soo good. He is the best doctor in kims hospital.
