Judith is amazing if I could rate her 100 stars, I would. This is the only medical clinic where I've truly felt valued as a patient, and that's because of Judith. She always makes me feel good whenever I visit the clinic for my physio. She is kind, not just with me, but with everyone, as I've noticed while waiting for my turn. Her attention to detail and consistent follow-up always make me feel cared for. Even on busy days, she's patient, calm, and genuinely tries to accommodate everyone with a smile. Judith has a natural warmth and professionalism that make her stand out. I would highly recommend her as a receptionist; she always makes sure patients feel welcome and well taken care of.

Highly Recommended Medical Center I highly recommend Prime Medical Center for anyone seeking quality healthcare. The facility has a wide range of doctors and specialists available for different medical needs. I personally consulted Dr. Piyush Somani, Head of Gastroenterology. He was highly professional, carefully diagnosing my condition step by step. He conducted both a colonoscopy and endoscopy and provided follow-up care as needed. Everything at the medical center is carried out according to proper procedures. After each visit or test, records are well managed and tracked. The center maintains a very clean and hygienic environment, which I truly appreciated. Most of the tests and medications are covered by insurance or are reasonably charged. While the cost of medicine can be slightly higher, I believe it's worth it--because good health is more valuable than money.

I'm very disappointed with the reception system at this branch. The registration process is poorly managed--only two staff are handling it while a long queue of patients wait uncomfortably. Tokens are being called one after another even when the current patient hasn't been fully processed, which only adds to the confusion. What's more frustrating is the need to get another token just to make a payment. Why should sick or already exhausted patients go through multiple waiting lines for something that could be streamlined in one step? This setup is not patient-friendly at all, especially for those in pain or with urgent medical concerns. I hope the management takes serious steps to improve this system and ease the burden on patients and staff alike.

You will end up wasting as hour probably. As they prefer patients with appointments Majority staff is Indian and Filipinos Ample seating for the patients and attendees

I came at prime midical center at 8:20 becouse need I have a high fever and dry cough and flu last night From their receptionists so good at costomer service they greet you with smile to the nurse to the doctor laboratory the place was so clean wash room was clean For me it's a 5 star good costumer service

I just want to thank Dra. Hanna Louise for being so caring and approachable towards her patients. She explains very well and she will not make you feel scared about your illness or to what you feel. And to the Nurse during my consultation, I really appreciate and thank her.

Today we have visited there for our son's vaccination. Take note, we don't have appointment but we have been catered. The reception are very nice. They are very professional. Doctor Desiree, pediatrician is charismatic to the kids. Even though our son cried, she still show patience with our child. Nurses are good as well. Even the cashier's they are quick. Good job Prime reef mall. Two thumbs up!

I had a very pleasant experience during my visit to the clinic. The Dr Joel was extremely friendly, patient, and took the time to listen and address all my concerns thoroughly.
