An Amazing hospitality provided. All staff is so polite and friendly with helping and supporting nature. Cleanliness on top. Overall hospital is amazing.

Overall experience is very good, helpful staff , doctors are good and knowledgeable, they give time to patients, listen to them patiently and address the problem. Cafeteria is good. Food has been charged reasonably quality is quite good. Toilets need more attention . The surrounding is very peaceful and serene with nature in its rich splendour. I would have given a 5 star, but for the toilets.

I had a mixed experience at shrimad Rajchandra hospital. The onboarding process was smooth and pleasant - the front desk staff were helpful and the lab technician was efficient and courteous during my visit. However, the experience took a frustrating turn when it came time to review my blood test reports. Unfortunately, the appointed physician was absent on the day of my follow-up, and I was told there were no appointments available (only walk-ins), which meant long waiting times with no certainty of being seen. When I did manage to meet the attending physician, Dr. Bimal Shah, they declined to review my blood report, stating that they were required to follow certain guidelines. I understand the need for protocol, but as a patient seeking clarity and care, I was left disappointed by the lack of support and communication at this critical point. I hope the hospital can improve coordination between departments and ensure better availability of doctors for follow-ups.

They also gives the food and sleeping bed for the patient's attendant and one visitor. They have given everything with very good hospitality and care.
