We had a very smooth experience at Sanjeev Netralaya, Bokaro for my parents' cataract surgeries. Dr. Deepika Singh is extremely polite and explains everything in detail with full transparency. Her clear and patient counselling really helped my parents feel calm and not worry about the surgery at all.
The entire process--from check-up to surgery--was well-organized and smooth. The supporting staff are also very polite and helpful throughout.
I would also like to specially mention TPA Dr. Arun Shah sir. After my mother's surgery, around 10 PM at night, I called him because she was experiencing some pain in her eye. He responded immediately, guided me very well, and even coordinated with Dr. Deepika ma'am over the phone to get approval for an emergency medicine. This level of care and dedication is truly appreciated.
