We had the worst experience today. Appointment was fixed by Venkat with Dr Lakshmikanth at 6pm and confirmed before leaving to the clinic. When we reached, the receptionist said that doctor will not come for 2 days. Thought of undergoing tests suggested by another doctor who referred and answer is you have to wait till 7.30 (90 minutes) When called back Venkat and apprised the situation, for that his answer message is "doctors are not your Slaves", we are ok to loose one patient etc etc. There is no humanity, courtesy and value of time . Not recommend at all.
