And the receptionist is not present all the time and nurses will be in reception who don't know anything what a receptionist would do
And the skin doctor treatment was not good he didn't even check properly

Hospital treatment is good, and Madam Dr. Geeta is an excellent doctor, but her request is to change the receptionist; she is not responding properly to the patient. Behaving like a government hospital nurse.

Giving three stars. Happy with the the way the Dr. Geetha helped but the rooms are not clean enough, occasionally saw cockroaches even though there were regular cleaning. No baths given to the child or for mother but proper care taken regards to baby's health. Not overpriced for a middle class family. Can ensure proper care and had overall good experience.
