I wouldn't recommend this place for scanning to any one . The radiologist here has zero knowledge. I had gone to this place when I was pregnant for my third trimester scanning . He misled me and gave me all wrong information.. I had to rescan from two other places and all the information he quoted was wrong . It's high time MMC employ's knowledgeable doctors but the pediatric department is quite good .

I contacted MMC to enquire about the availability of an ENT doctor. With the manner in which the lady staff responded so arrogantly, I decided never to visit this place. Please educate your staff on how to speak to customers appropriately. You are not doing social service; you are running a business. If you want your business to thrive, teach your staff telephone etiquette. I didn't use the word patient because the word customer is more apt here as you are doing business. Applicable to all private hospitals and clinics. You will lose customers if your staff's behaviour is like this.
