We had our first delivery at Ansar Hospital, and Dr. Surumi provided exceptional care. Her dedication, expertise, and caring nature helped make the experience much smoother for my wife Arsha. As first-time parents, we truly appreciated her support, and I highly recommend her, especially for first-time deliveries. However, there are a couple of areas that need attention from hospital managments: 1. No Lift Facility: The hospital has been operating for over 30 years, yet still lacks a lift. This is a significant inconvenience, not just for patients but also for the hospital staff, who have to climb 25 to 30 flights of stairs daily. The steps vary in height, with older ones having a standard thread, but the newer ones are higher, adding strain to both patients and staff. It's essential for the hospital management to install a lift for better accessibility and to reduce the physical strain on everyone. 2. Follow-Up Communication: While the follow-up calls are a good initiative, the staff making these calls are often not informed about the patient's reason for the visit. They ask for a follow-up by name without understanding the nature of the visit, which can lead to confusion. Better communication would make these calls more efficient and relevant. Overall, Dr. Surumi's care made our experience positive Thanks to the team....

My experience with this hospital was good, iam completely satisfied. Last month my wife was admitted for her second delivery. Her 1st delivery was cesarean we thought that our second one also cesarean that normally happens in every hospital, but doctor shemeena a new doctor joined in ansar hospital. She done normal delivery. We are surprised with her caring and approach towards us. This was our first experience with ansar hospital ,we are so happy special thanks doctor shemeena and ansar hospital.

Please don't go to this hospital, they are over charging especially if you are having a medi claim and you will not be getting any cash less facilities. My father have been admitted here on 15/2/24 for a mini surgery regarding bedsore as he was bedridden for couple of days. Today 29/2/24 i got a bill of 1,34,000/- that too without cash less. We have paid an amount of 100000/- and we got a small paper piece writing that cash received with a cash received seal. They have taken an undertaking that the we will pay the balance if our claim got approved or not!!
