Very disappointed with the service at this diagnostic center. The staff was unprofessional, and there was a serious lack of hygiene -- dirty floors, and no proper sanitization. For a place meant to deal with patients' health, this is extremely unacceptable. Waiting time was too long, and no proper system was followed. I would not recommend anyone to visit this center until they improve their cleanliness and service standards.

Extremely Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience I had a very unpleasant experience with this diagnostic centre, and I feel compelled to share it so others can make an informed decision. This place seriously needs to reflect on how they operate--especially considering they work in a field where timeliness, empathy, and professionalism are not optional, but absolutely critical. Despite confirming an appointment for Friday over the phone, I received a WhatsApp message stating it was scheduled for Saturday. This last-minute change caused major disruption. Even on the day of the test, a 5 PM appointment resulted in the MRI being conducted only at 7:45 PM, while my very small kids were left waiting alone at home for far longer than expected. The worst part, however, was the handling of the report. I was assured it would be ready by 8 AM on Monday, but after multiple follow-ups, I was told it would only be ready by 4 PM. Despite 7-8 calls, the report was still not delivered even by 9 PM. This delay directly caused me to miss a critical appointment with a neurosurgeon, which was very difficult to get. To make things worse, the staff was not just unhelpful, but outright rude and dismissive, showing zero accountability or empathy. This centre gives the impression that they are more focused on revenue than responsibility, and that's extremely alarming in the medical diagnostics space. I sincerely hope they introspect and improve, because patients deserve reliable service, accurate communication, and basic human courtesy.

Worst staff ever!!! The phone attending person doesn't talk properly/respectfully. Even after getting MRI appointment for 7PM, they called me 15 mins prior and told me to come at 9PM. Even though I explained them I've left home and on my way. I was asked to come at 9. The staff is ridiculous in terms of giving proper details and answering phone calls. They don't value patients time.

This place is a health hazard. Unclean environment, rude staff, and total mismanagement. No basic hygiene standards are followed. Patients deserve better treatment than this. Avoid at all costs!

BK Diagnostic centre provides all the latest diagnostic services like EEG, ECG, CT Scan, Blood tests, Sonography, X-ray, Color Doppler tests and many more facilities. They have experienced Doctors and staff. They have ambulance service also. The place is well maintained though a little congested.

Prior visit I enquired about all the precautions, instructions to be followed at the reception counter and all my queries were answered so I booked an appointment. Dr Vikrant Nishandar Anaesthesia highly experienced and he delicately took a care during procedure And Dr Girish Sir is one of the finest good at his work friendly and supportive with the patient extremely happy and satisfied with service provided by one n only DR GIRISH KURSEJA SIR and every precaution and proper guidance the entire ct process was so smoothly and efficiently handled by all staff members is really appreciable
