Worst hospital staff and worst facilities. I never suggest anyone to visit this hospital

This is a worst hospital why because in this hospital staffs and doctors they all are educated but they doesn't know basic things how to treat with others I visited to this hospital and they r treating good with patient why because they need to get money from them even if patient is sick also they are doing partiality with patients and I saw these employees are like illiterate only they doesn't have common sense how to behave with their team front of my patient & family only these doctors and other staff they spoiled their staff and hospital image . I thought Doctors are god but these type of behaviour and stupid talking way If they have it's means they are good for nothing. My personal suggestion if hospital honour wants to grow up this hospital then at least they need to make some rules and regulations.

Very poorly managed Hospital we went at 11 am for the check up and Dr saurav goyal told us to connect with surgeon who was not in hospital, upon checking with staff multiple times they were clueless even after checking multiple times there was no proper response at last Dr. Saurav goyal Said please check with other surgeon as that particular doctor is not in the city. The. Why did he made us wait for 4 hours. Junior staff was not trained properly There were flies in the waiting area, very poor hygiene and very bad organisation, where there is no link to do proper follow ups, doctor clearly informed the manager to inform surgeon, and he forgot and went for lunch break, where the person. -5 to the hospital and management.

Doctors just want to make profits and never care about patient's life God will never spare them.If you want to live never visit this hospital.We have very bad experience.Idiotic fellows just want to make profit. What type of education they gained.They will suffer. Nonsense hospital and staff.Idiots nonsensers want to just earn money. They will take that money after their death to God they will rote in hell for sure

Staff very nice and good behaviour, all departments well equipped with latest technology specially radiology department. All types scan done here. Mr. Anuraag dwivedi very polite with patients and very dedicated for his work if any work in Delhi heart hospital specially related radiography (any scan) met him.

The worst Hospital I have ever seen.Dr.Saurav is the best doctor the Hospital has. Nursing & Cleaning Staff are good. It'sa very expensive Hospital. If I have to rate I would rate it 0 out of 10. I would never suggest anyone to visit this Hospital

very poor service by staff & inappropriate behaviour , very disappointing experience, even nurses are watching reels and talking in high volume as the patient is feeling very uncomfortable. doctors are not serious that patient is in pain or to take any immediate action . but thanks that they refunded the amount i paid to them . will not visit this hospital again in my life
