And Dr Pritam Chand gupta is a children's doctor, he is very good and his nature is very good... The hospital is extremely clean and well-maintained, deluxe the team took amazing care of my newborn. Here are the key issues I faced: Unaffordable Consultation Fees: The consultation fees are exorbitantly high, making it inaccessible for many patients. The hospital seems focused solely on profit rather than patient care. Poor Consultation Quality: The consultation was rushed and inadequate. The doctor did not take the time to listen to my concerns or provide proper guidance and suggestions for my kidney stone condition. Lack of Proper Care The approach felt purely commercial, with little emphasis on patient well-being. It seems their primary aim is to earn money rather than provide quality healthcare. No Government Scheme Support: The hospital does not support government healthcare schemes like Chiranjeevi Yojana, which could have made treatment more accessible for patients. Overall, I would not recommend Jivan Rekha Hospital for kidney stone treatment or any other medical needs due to their lack of patient-centric care and high costs.
