I am giving 1 star as the staff working there are extremely harsh and very insensitive they don't even understand the basic ethics. I wanted to raise this issue with the lady who manages this hospital but I couldn't do as my wife and son were admitted there and I was afraid of backfire.
I would request the management to conduct basic sessions for the staff working their and make them learn humanity atleast. I was shocked with their behavior and was thinking how can be people so insensitive and that too at a place like hospital where patients are already mentally stressed.
Basically this is the same story across all the hospitals and I have no idea why they are not improving.
