I recently had an experience at Harshitha Neoway Hospitals Private Ltd in Madurai, and I must say that the level of service provided by the doctors and the support staff was excellent. Here are my observations: I visited the hospital due to a fever, and I was feeling extremely weak to the point of fainting. The staff immediately took me to the Emergency Room and provided me with the necessary care and attention. They monitored my condition for about two hours and ensured that I received the required treatment. By the end of my time at the hospital, I was able to walk on my own, thanks to their prompt and efficient care. One of the advantages of choosing a hospital like Harshitha Neoway is that they have the necessary facilities and resources to handle emergency situations. Unlike small clinics, where waiting times can be unpredictable, the hospital was well-equipped to address my urgent needs without unnecessary hassles. However, one slight disadvantage I encountered was the billing process for the consumed items in the Emergency Room. I had to personally handle the billing and hand over the receipts, which added an extra step to the overall process. It would have been more convenient if these charges could have been seamlessly added to the total bill. Despite this minor inconvenience, I was highly impressed with the overall level of service and care provided by the hospital staff. The doctors and support staff were attentive, professional, and responsive to my needs. They made me feel comfortable and ensured that I received the necessary treatment to recover from my illness.

My mom was admitted here after an accident, It was 7.45 pm and this was the only hospital we found at the time so we went there. She was taken in to the emergency and treated with care. She was here for 2 nights and 3 days. 1 night was fully went on ICU and it charges was 12000 Rs. Finally she discharged after 3 days and we were given with a bill of amount 28,000 Rs. We had medical insurance so we were able to manage the expenses, I paid 4000 from my hand and the rest was reimbursed from the insurance company. Some of the doctors were taken care her well.

Very good hospital with all facilities, i have came here to do full body checkup with my mother.

I was unwell and had to catch flight in short notice, the prompt response the doctor and team has given filled my heart with gratitude.
