Our family is truly thankful for the care and support we've received from the ICU team during a difficult time when my mother-in-law was admitted with a serious brain injury. From day one, the ICU doctors have been open, and kind. They never made false promises, especially given how unpredictable brain recovery can be, but they took the time every day to explain her condition in detail and give us a clear picture of what's happening. The nurses were calm, and during each visit they made us feel involved. They told us how she was doing, what changes they observed, and answered our questions with so much patience. Even the security and support staff were respectful and helpful. They always made sure we could meet the doctor on time and visit my mother-in-law during scheduled hours. We also appreciate the transparency in the billing process, every charge and procedure was clearly explained, which really helped. While her recovery is still ongoing, we feel comfortable knowing she is in the hands of good doctors and communicative team.

Highly Disappointed with Dr. Vijayan - Lack of Responsibility and Compassion We recently consulted Dr. Vijayan, a neurologist, for my father's worsening leg nerve issues. My father has been experiencing significant numbness and loss of sensation in both legs, likely due to long-term lifestyle habits. Unfortunately, our experience with Dr. Vijayan was far from what we expected from a medical professional. The consultation lasted barely 2 minutes, and the doctor seemed mentally disengaged throughout. He did not provide any clear explanation about the diagnosis, the purpose of the medications, or the precautions we needed to follow. We were simply handed a prescription and sent away. From the very first day of taking the tablets, my father's legs began to swell and bulge more severely each day. Concerned, I asked the doctor when this condition would return to normal, hoping for some guidance. His response was shockingly disrespectful and unprofessional: "If I had a board outside saying astrologer, isn't it? It will reduce when it reduces." Is this how a well-educated and experienced doctor should speak to worried family members? Later, I learned through a colleague--not the doctor--that strict bed rest was essential while taking those medications. Dr. Vijayan never mentioned this, so we allowed my father to continue his daily work routine, unknowingly making things worse. There was no way to reach the doctor for clarification during this time. When I finally confronted him about not informing us of the side effects and precautions, his casual reply was: "Yeah, it will happen. So what?" This level of carelessness, lack of empathy, and arrogance is extremely dangerous and unacceptable from someone in the medical profession. One simple explanation could have prevented my father's condition from worsening. If you're looking for a neurologist who will take time, show empathy, explain treatment thoroughly, and treat patients and families with respect, I would strongly advise If you care about your loved ones' health, avoid Dr.Vijayan.

One of the best hospitals and good service from the time you enter till the time you're discharged . HIghly educated doctors who take good care of the patients . Doctors are very kind ,explain the patients problem, and update the progress twice daily. Special thanks to Dr. Nachimuthu kumar, Dr. Mani Senthil and to all the other doctors and staff's who attended my father. Rooms are neat and clean.Good canteen food.Ample parking space and shuttle service facilities.

Then , the chairman of that hospital did a good surgery on me, fixed screws in my spine, and now I am very well, I can walk well, This is a good hospital. There is a good service. The doctors takes very good care of me. The atmosphere of that hospital is very good. It does not give us a feeling like a hospital. . They have a good service. A good best hospital in Coimbatore. ICU doctor were very clear in their terms. Good explanations. Satisfaction with the treatment. Very good care. Staff nurses treated the patient as such their own relatives. Very clean hygiene atmosphere. Only concern is they can inform the condition of the patient in morning once. Long duration for this. We have to wait for more than 12 hrs - from evening 7 to next day 12 noon
