I visited there with one of my friend for his uncles treatment. While I am unaware of the treatment experience, I must say the infrastructure and maintenance are impressive.

doctors and nurses are very generous & have decency towards their patient & relatives, very polite, you can clear any doubts regarding patient condition with doctors & ask to have a convo also & one thing i came to know after coming in this hospital is that you can actually negotiate the hospital discharge bill with the doctors, of course as we not so well-to-do families are always concern about the expenses as for people like us, there are many more who belongs from middle class background, but they are the saviours from every expect whether it is through medically or financially as well, so, obviously had to thank them for what they have done, how they have treated us,

Good infrastructure. Hassle-free checkup. But you will see only juniors in the Ranipet campus. Even though they display token numbers on the big screen it will take one hour to change. So you need a lot of time and patience here. But emergency care is very good. Admin people should take feedback from the patients and improve

Pros: Good infrastructure. CMC Ranipet campus has state of the art facilities. Doctors here are very well trained by the best of clinicians in the country. CMC as an institute has a rich history of mission minded doctors. They have served patients well and touched the lives of thousands. Cons: The crowd control and appointment management system should be improved. Security guards, MRDOs can be extra strict at times. They need to be taught compassion. Cost needs to be made more affordable. The mission aspect of CMC needs to be revived and cost kept affordable for poor and needy. Overly Process oriented in many places. Needs to be made patient centric & person centric. Multi lingual active helplines are missing. The control rooms which were a lifeline in pandemic days in some hospitals should be brought back in full swing. Bottomline: In CMC, your patience will be tested a little bit due to long lines and queues in waiting rooms. But at the end of the day, if you are patient enough, you will get the best of care under the best of doctors. Care & Compassion - 4/5, Cost -3.5/5, Cleanliness - 4.5/5, Crowd Control - 2.5/5

The worst hospital, you can get treated. It's better to go to some other hospitals like Apollo and get treated. These people won't even treat us like humans, they feel like they are descendants of Jesus and will give orders, they won't consult or inform you on anything, no information on what disease you have, what are the treatments they are going to provide, how long you need to stay, how much will this cost nothing, simply they will say take this appointment take this test come on next week, come after 12 days. It's a complete society filled with arrogant and useless people. It's better to die out of disease rather than getting treated in this hospital. Note : If you have friends in the hospital, either doctors or who is working in the hospital then you can get royal treatment and immediate appointments, and it's a easy cake walk.
