The hospital, where a female wasn't allowed to use the washroom that too when she was on her periods. The situation could have been understandable for any other place but hospitals....atleast they should know the basic rules like you can not say no to a female if she asks to use the washroom. The receptionist herself was untidy and sleepy, told me that washroom would get dirty. What a mindset. What else can we expect from such uneducated people.
