I had a bad experience with Dr. Samridhi's assistant where they don't provide correct answer and when you ask for doctor that in how much time she will be available they always say 15-20 mins and in my experience it took more than 1-2 hours long which I think is not genuine for Pathak's Hospital because whatever I heard is always positive side till now but in my experience it's not good if they are charging the highest fees in the city then they should take care of such things. Staff is not co-operate & arrogant behaviour and they don't consider the time value of their patients. Staff need to learn some manners on how to talk with patients.

My wife was admitted to the hospital for three days due to fever, but the doctors were unable to identify the exact cause. Even after discharge, the fever returned. When I consulted other doctors, they diagnosed it as malaria. We have now started treatment again. The previous doctor had ruled out malaria and didn't even consider it necessary to conduct a proper test. We are very disappointed with their approach.
