A serious warning -- read before bringing your loved ones here. * My grandfather was having severe stomach pain, so we brought him to this hospital -- mainly because his heart stent operation had been done here earlier and we trusted them. But this time, they completely messed up. * It took the hospital 3-4 full days just to diagnose the root cause -- which turned out to be stones. * After the delay, they told us that the stones needed to be removed through an endoscopy procedure. Here's where things took a dangerous turn: * Dr. Pawan Kumar was assigned to do the endoscopy(as it was told to us). However, he messed up the procedure badly. * He later lied to us saying the operation had to be stopped midway because the pipe couldn't be inserted due to an injury in the throat -- an injury which was caused by them during the procedure. * Later, Dr. Vivek Raj Singh gave a completely different explanation -- saying the procedure wasn't done at all because the oxygen level had dropped. Both doctors were clearly lying to cover up the mistake. * We were waiting outside the OT the entire time. When Dr. Pawan Kumar came out, my father asked how it went. He completely avoided us and rushed away without a word. * We later found out that another doctor was originally supposed to do the procedure, but he didn't show up. So Dr. Pawan Kumar stepped in last minute and messed it all up. At that point, we knew something was seriously wrong. We took immediate action and shifted my grandfather to another hospital, where he is now receiving proper treatment. I hope he recovers! ' -- . ' .

There is no number system. Patients wait alot. Sometimes maybe 6 or 7 hours. Hospital staff are non answerable whenever ask about number or appointment time.
