I experienced extremely poor service at Apollo Clinic, Garacharma, Andaman. I had been waiting for the TMT test since 8:30 AM and despite multiple follow-ups, it was only at 11:30 AM that I was informed to return at 4:00 PM.

It is deeply disappointing to bring this matter to your attention. Our patient is currently hospitalized in the ICU in a highly critical condition. However, the security guards are strictly refusing to allow at least two attendants during the night, despite the patient's severe condition and need for continuous support. This kind of behavior is completely ruthless, especially considering that we have already paid approximately 1,80,000 within just two days. Shockingly, we have observed that ward patients bearing ward no.M2 dated 08/03/2025 even at male ward are being allowed two female attendants, while ICU patients--who require even more care--are being denied the same facility. Such discrimination is unacceptable and demands immediate corrective action. We urge you to address this issue at the earliest and ensure fair and compassionate treatment for ICU patients and their families.

I have been attached with Apollo Hospitals Chennai since 2007 , It's really good to have Mainland health facilities in Port Blair City, This New Apollo Clinic at Garacharma road is full of medical facilities including complete pathology tests like PAP Smear etc.in OBGYN dept.makes the islander's to seek hospitality easier and tests next to their door. The Home collection and Reports receivable within few hours makes their popularity even more. Their Monthly Specialist visit makes them appreciable. Recommendable to seek their services

Mr. Pranab, sitting at help desk at appollo clinic at garacharma, Port Blair. His behaviour is very very bad to customer. His attitude is like MD of this Clinic. So, my suggestion is terminated this person in this Clinic.

My feedback of Apollo clinic under (new life diagnostic) My second deepest feedback initial feedback has been deleted for some inexplicable reason. Five months ago, my mother and I visited Apollo Clinic for heart rate monitoring. We met with a heart doctor, whose name I will not disclose, who provided excellent care. He advised us to seek immediate admission, emphasizing the importance of prioritizing my mother's health. Despite our initial hesitation to consider the potential costs, we ultimately decided to admit her. Upon admission, we were informed about the hospital's fees, which we found to be excessive. Given the reputation of the Andaman people, we were faced with limited options. Consequently, we opted to pay the higher fees without further deliberation.Since then, my mother has been undergoing treatment. While the nurses working under the New Life Diagnostic at Apollo Clinic have been generally satisfactory, there is one nurse who stands out for her exceptional care. I am confident that she will read this review, as it is crucial for her to learn from her senior nurses and improve her patient interaction skills. Effective management is essential in the healthcare industry, and taking appropriate action against staff who provide subpar service is necessary.In addition to the nurse's exceptional care, the overall hospital experience has been somewhat disappointing. The fees were higher than anticipated, and the service quality could have been improved. I recommend considering alternative hospitals before making a decision, as the cost of treatment should not be the sole factor.

The staff, including the doctors, were not only efficient in conducting tests like ECG and x-ray, but they also provided reports promptly. They exhibited polite behavior throughout interaction, it feels comfortable and valued as a patient. Would recommend to visit the hospital

I just don't want to give 1 star also. Such a worst experience here and they are just doing fraud to the people of Andaman by this brand name "Apollo". It's truly disheartening to hear when medical professionals exploit their patients' trust for profit. Unfortunately, there are instances where individuals or even establishments prioritize financial gain over patient care leading to unnecessary procedures, misdiagnoses, or prolonged treatments that only worsen a person's condition. Such behavior undermines the ethical responsibilities doctors have to their patients and damages the credibility of the healthcare system as a whole. Such practices, where the focus is on profit rather than patient health, severely undermine the credibility of the medical profession and harm individuals who are already suffering. These actions must be investigated and addressed promptly to ensure that people receive the genuine care they deserve and to prevent others from becoming victims of such malpractice. I am extremely disappointed with the level of care received at this facility. It feels like the focus is more on making money than on the well-being of patients. My mother was subjected to unnecessary tests and treatments that only seemed to worsen her condition this leading me to believe the primary goal here is to prolong treatment for financial gain. This approach is not only unethical but also deeply concerning for anyone seeking genuine medical help.
