Worst hospital, nurses in 3rd floor(non AC rooms) specially senior nurse and other nurse are attitude stars behave like superiors, for going down or to come up there will be no free lift, need to ask these attitude stars to get access to lift, they will not respond immediately, need to wait long time to use lift, and no response if we ask about what treatment is going on and they don't care about patient. Atleast minimum maintenance not there, I sincerely suggest not to admit in this hospital.

Very bad hospital... People speak nice and cunning and loot more money, poor service...

I visited this hospital during covid for a check-up. They've told me to get admitted despite me having very low infection and symptoms. They put me on very strong last resort antibiotics without need. I was admitted under govt employee health insurance. They've also forced me to tell the government people that the hospital was treating me for free and later demanded 2 lacs. When asked, they said the bill was higher than what they could claim from the insurance. Due to the antibiotics they administered, I got severe diarrhoea post recovery from covid. They've asked me to get admitted again. And this this time strangly they put me in ICU saying normal beds were not available. They've again billed me for ICU even if I hadn't used any critical/ICU equipment. I don't know how this hospital even got a permit to treat covid patents since the doctor was only specialzed in gastro. This hospital only cares about the money you have and not your health one bit.

The treatment is so good And if it comes to money, usually high.like wise treatment would not be same for all. Great staff,Good doctors. Simply superb. All over Guntur they'll consider this hospital. Near to bustand. transport is so easy. There are particular stream to consult. Usually high crowed.weekdays off. ...........

Worst staff of Dr.YVS Prabhakar MD, BLood test costs 4300, where as out side it charged 2100 only,the two people who are sitting outside of prabhakar cabin, they are worst and irresponsible , one day doctor consultantancy, another day evening report testing

he is billing fake expenses like he provided ambulance service, emergency service with insurance companies. So that he can get more amount from insurance company. becareful my dear patients dont get trapped

This hospital very worst hospital in the guntur all staff are money minded insurance people they are not provid any details as per billing plenty of times we are asking billing people they given hsisterandwriting paper don't go this hospital nurses they are very rude behaviour

Very useless hospital.... even doctor don't know how to diagnosis the patient.... Today I went to doctor with my whole reports what they tell(20k)...I asked the doctor what's the problem?.... he tell on my face I don't know.... even more test has to do ( lp and bma)..... my problem I only fever.... 50 yrs his experience even he can't find out my problem so shame of it..... This hospital all about money money money .....
