Terrible Experience - Unacceptable Delay and No Care for Emergency Cases We visited Raghuram Children Hospital on March 18th for our 2-year-old daughter, who had a high fever and was visibly unwell. We had a scheduled appointment at 9:45 AM and reached on time, expecting a smooth consultation. What followed was a highly disappointing experience. 1. Doctor Arrived Late - No Communication Despite being one of the first patients of the day, we were told the doctor hadn't arrived yet and was attending a meeting. By 11:15 AM, there was still no sign of the consultation starting. No one bothered to give proper updates or communicate how long the delay would be. 2. No Priority for Sick Children We clearly mentioned that our daughter had a fever of over 102degF, and she was in visible discomfort. Even then, the staff showed no urgency, no sympathy, and told us we had to "wait like everyone else." 3. Staff Behavior Was Cold and Uncaring When we asked again around 11:30 AM, the staff's response was rude and careless -- "It will take time, the doctor is busy." That was the only answer, over and over again. This is supposed to be a children's hospital, but there's no priority for emergency pediatric cases, no sense of time management, and absolutely no compassion from the front-desk team. We had no choice but to leave and take our daughter to another hospital that actually attended to her immediately.

We were very much impressed with the experience and the way Dr Raghuram garu and Dr Vikram handled our daughter when she got pretty sick. Though we had a bit of delays with attending the patient (due to huge crowed), our daughter was treated very well. Only reason I gave 4 star is because of the delays and would recommend the hospital for anyone.

In view of the patient waiting time this is one of the worst hospital. The receptionist use the word document you have an appointment? You may think this is a big word initially but after visiting the hospital and spending time you understand that appointment can be booked through phone also but they don't say that they again use do you have an appointment? When we visited the receptionist asked me to meet first point of contact to gather the details like name weight etc I was wondered when she asked about my son's weight during birth! This was about 9 years ago happened, I said how do we remember that?asked, why that matters now? She said okay rest of the details you fill. After filling and paying the OP fee of rs. 450 they said you wait up to 1 hour or 1 and half hour. We will send after the appointments done. I thought of waiting instead of leaving but unfortunately even after 2 hours we didn't get our turn! When asked the nurse said wait for your turn and there are some appointment patients. This is the first time I am hearing, people are coming and leaving but they are not allowing me to do so. Worst management for not informing the procedure involved in it. Even when I called before starting from home, no information about this policy. Inside the hospital the waiting room is okay but the procedure involved is the worst. They should inform to the patients when it involved these formalities. After visiting the doctor (waiting for 2 hour 10 minutes) I felt happy Dr. Raghuram gaaru treated well. He said everything is alright but need to use some medicines. After all he explained how to Book an appointment and also meaning of appointment. It appears that the hospital is maintaining their app after installation one can book the appointment as per their convenience (as per doctor availability it works). I said thanks to the doctor for giving information. Overall good experience.

I had consulted Dr. Sahithi Dwarampudi for lactation guidance. She provided excellent support, patiently cleared all my doubts related to lactation, and helped improve my baby's latch during the live session. I'm truly grateful for her guidance and expertise. Highly recommend her for any lactation-related concerns!

Very good response from doctors and staff ,we met the best pediatric the senior most raghu ram sir and we surprised about sahiti mam treating the patients ,she directly comes outside and speaking with me was mesmerized.

We've been seeing Dr. RAGHURAM for years, and every visit has been smooth and reassuring. He is not only a brilliant pediatrician but also approaches treatment in a constructive way .The hospital is kid-friendly, staff are courteous, and overall experience is pleasant .

Takes too much time to get the op done and the patients entering in side ways. Had visited 8pm with an appointment and the op was not addressed till 11:20 pm, hardly the doctor attended 30 cases. Better to skip. No proper guidance from staff about the late.

I took my 8-month-old baby to Raghuram Reddy Children's Hospital in Guntur, and I was very impressed with the care. Dr. Raghuram Reddy is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and kind. He explained everything clearly and treated my child with great attention and compassion. The hospital staff were also supportive and professional. Highly recommended for pediatric care.
