I recently visited Vikaas Hospitals and had a mixed experience overall. The hospital is well-maintained and clean, which gave a good first impression, There also seemed to be some confusion in billing and discharge procedures, which delayed our exit unnecessarily. Some staff members were excellent, but a few at the front desk seemed disinterested or overwhelmed, which affected the overall experience.

Our family is deeply grateful to Vikaas Hospitals for the exceptional care provided during my mother's recent heart surgery (dated 10th of April 2025) From the moment we approached the team, they conducted thorough tests, advised the right treatment plan, and handled the critical situation with utmost professionalism. A special mention to Mr. Murthy Garu, who coordinated the entire process seamlessly--from initial consultations to post-operative care. He ensured the right staff, including the ICU team, were actively involved in monitoring my mother's condition, making us feel supported at every step. Dr. Yogi Sundharrao Garu, the cardiothoracic surgeon, deserves immense praise. Despite his young age, his expertise and humility are unparalleled. He performed the surgery with remarkable precision and provided compassionate care even after the procedure, regularly checking on my mother's recovery until discharge. It's rare to find a doctor so skilled yet genuinely kind-hearted. we will forever remember his dedication. The hospital's clean environment, friendly staff, and streamlined processes further eased our stress during this challenging time. Every team member, from nurses to administrative staff, worked tirelessly to ensure a safe and smooth experience. We wholeheartedly thank the entire Vikaas Hospitals team and especially Mr. Murthy garu and Dr. Yogi garu for his unconditional support. Highly recommended for anyone looking for trusted and compassionate healthcare.

Visited this hospital for a health check-up and was quite disappointed with the experience. The front desk staff seemed disengaged and didn't provide timely updates, leaving me confused about the next steps throughout the process. Despite opting for their highest health check-up package, I wasn't able to consult with all the doctors listed in the package--it felt like the process was handled casually. Unfortunately, the full amount was still charged with no explanation. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend their health check-up packages to others. I expected better service, especially for a premium package.
