I had a disappointing experience with this doctor.i took my father for the consultation by utilising NTR Vidyaseva scheme Despite seeking medical help during a stressful time, the doctor was showed a lack of empathy. Communication was minimal and unhelpful, and I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously. A more respectful and attentive approach would go a long way in building trust and comfort for patients. I hope improvements are made in both attitude and patient interaction.

Doctors treatment are very good , and nursing care also very good, hospital atmosphere is comfortable and cleaning is supper,arogya sree available, free of cost treatment given to the patient .

I had a great experience at Srinivas hospital with Dr Sesha Sayana Reddy. The hospital was clean and modern. The Doctor really took time to listen to my concerns, explained everything in a way I could understand, and made me feel confident in my treatment. What really stood out was how affordable the care was. I recommend this hospital to all my friends and family who are truly delighted with the service. I appreciate their hospitality

Staff won't allow the patient attendant to eat food at least. This kind of behaviour i have never seen in any place. I strongly recommend everyone to please don't visit this **** hospital.

I visited srinivasa hospital really worest management . All staff can use bad language . Can I wait for doctor very long time .

Why reviews are deleted if really nice hospital and doing great give reply but not delete. One more example I can give in same day one more patient came in your hospital tested negative and with in hour with sharing information they taken RIMS there he tested positive and now he reached home safely I saved one person by sharing this info

Wrost service.... Nurse behaviour is wrost... l ever seen the staff and nurses are fully money minded they only want money not patient care they are warning to patients in such a manner. wrost hospital ever dont prefer the hospital it is a time.. But Doctors are good...best response and best treatment......

Went today for my mother as she was having breathing issues in the night and there she has gone through a couple of tests which costed us around 15 hundred rupees and went there from Pulivendla as one of my friend suggested to go there. Would like to speak about both major and minor things happened why because everyone would be expecting a review and a rating now a day's to go to any hospital. 1) Lady Cardio doctor who was there has not even met my mother and not knowing what exactly her condition was explained what to be done next( that was to go for a angiogram) Angiogram is a test, where already patient gets an strock, will be checked for how many blocks are there and this situation can be known through 2d Echo. Suggestions to doctor: please meet patient and try to have a discussion with him or her and later decide what to do or not to do based on there condition. 2) Staff or staff related patients can sit together, where as other people should maintain social distance( how funny it was) 3)They ( staff) can wear footwear, whereas patients should not. Whatever the concern was everyone should be treated as same. If can't try to arrange floor cleaning staff in more number and clean more frequently. 4) No credit card has been accepted due to un availability of credit card swipe machine.( only cash) 5) Not even satisfied with the staff people too. 6) Please do treat people with humanity not like animals. 7) Gave that two, even after treated us like this after coming from a little far place because I have a soft corner and gave that. I'm not going to suggest any one to go or not to go. If you are afraid of COVID Situation, Please do not go to hospital.
