Hospital Management Experience Review
I usually don't post stuff like this, but this experience needs to be shared.
I do not recommend this hospital -- especially when it comes to hospitality and basic maintenance. We were allotted a room for the patient, but the moment the patient was shifted to the OT, caretakers were forcibly asked to vacate the room and were sent to the so-called "waiting area."
I want to know the complete details related to insurance procedure and everything and tried to call the fellow folks also but none of them responded in return i got the advice please travel allover 70kmps to hospital and get the details and then think. They're not able to pick the calls also.....
And just have a look at the waiting hall...

I recently had an experience at Medicover Hospital when my father was admitted for surgery, and I must say we were thoroughly impressed by the quality of care and professionalism from start to finish.
A special thanks to Dr. Chandu, who handled the surgery with exceptional skill and compassion. He took the time to explain the procedure clearly, answered all our questions patiently, and made us feel reassured at every step.
We are also extremely grateful to Nurse
K. Swathi, who was attentive, kind, and very supportive throughout my father's stay. Her dedication and friendly nature made a big difference in ensuring his comfort and well-being during recovery.
The hospital facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff in general were courteous and helpful.
Overall, we had a very positive experience and would highly recommend Medicover Hospital for anyone seeking quality medical care with a human touch.
