Worst maintainance and worst response from the staff, no proper facilities, and patients attendees need to do the medical assistance in ICU no nurses will do medical assistance in ICU even they just avoid work, and the maintanance of ICU is worst, cockroaches will be roaming there and if we ask them to clean their response is very rude, they just say it's not our duty go and talk to the management. ICU is such a sensitive area where patients are very much prone to infections yet they maintain it very worst without even basic cleanliness, if not for the Doctor will never ever recommend of visit this hospital in my life.

Deluxe rooms bathrooms tapwater not coming carried bucket water. Very bad house keeping. Tolits not cleaning. Insurance branch Staff very poor responsible. In patient bed's damage. Not recamadad off Good tritment. It's not a hospital it's dustbin/garbage Worst service from deluxe rooms ward. *Please visit kurnool but don't visit this hospital . Finally doctor is good response.

One of the worst hospital doctors are not well trained.patients are treated a daily different doctor with students they only treat a patient like an subject in an experiment they don't cure any disease and all the doctors in this hospital are underrated they don't even found the cause of the disease I strongly recommend to avoid this hospital if an patient in an emergency.

Vishwa bharthi is not an a hospital....it was too poor than government hospital.... hospital team was not supporting the patient and their attenders... better to choose government hospital than this useless hospital...

I went to this hospital fo treatment treated by Sri Ranganath, he treated well. I was told to admit in ICU and thier charges are too high and my doctor also listen to duty doctors for more money. Duty doctors specially a lady doctor was given unnecessary treatments which were not even needed but for money they keep on giving prescription slips even at 1 am. Doctor visits everyday morning and evening and listen to duty doctors not patient and give treatment as per duty doctor advise. Sometimes he seems like a fraudster by prolonging the discharge date even after curing. Pharmacy: Prices of medicines in this pharmacy are too high as usual, But staff of Pharmacy are very cordial they supported everyone out there specially I wanna quote her name Swarupa and other Telugu speaking lady these two are the main pillars of this pharmacy they guide you in all respects. Other two are there but won't cooperate and support. Reception: Male staff was there during my admission and a lady was there during my discharge. That lady is unfit for the post, She didn't understand the concerns of patients and attendants. She was very rude to our family members during my stay. Such rude behaviour in first entry of the hospital should be avoided by the management. I requested her for bills and she gave them without signature and I asked her to pls sign or guide me who can sign the bill and she told me that "no one sign bills only Ranganath sir will sign on this bill". I shocked and how can a doctor sign the bill when hospital taking money and I waited for some more time and asked some other person in the same reception counter and he smiled and signed over bill thanks to him (I don't know his name) Later I submitted claim for this hospital bill and my bill amount was not fully paid as the bill was consist of unnecessary treatments the prices are 40k more for 1 lakh of bill. Means for every one lakh of medicines they are giving you (same medicine) at 1.40 lakh However all the hospitals nowadays are working in same way it is inevitable truth. So avoid this hospital if you are thinking about money and go for it if you are not having any problem with the money

I'm not sure why Google doesn't provide negative rating. If it would have been there then yes I would have given negative stars. They don't really care about patients only money minded. Process is not at all aligned and I'm sure they don't have any experience about surgeries. Doctors asking to arrange blood in the middle of the surgery out of nowhere, so just think how much awareness they have about surgeries.And on top of that staff is too strict when it comes to money. First we need to pay bills at one place and go and take treatment somewhere. We are living in 2023 but still this hospital processes are like they r in 2000's. Asking for reports and blood in the middle of the surgery is unacceptable. They call it super speciality and i don't think they can call themselves like that. Service is below ordinary. Premises are not clean , even inside hospital not even a single washroom is maintained properly. I don't think i can explain this bad service in words.

Not Hygienic, for each service charging too much irrespective of given expected service or not, just billing for it, cleaning Staff is more commercial, no proper management on health services. During discharge everything on patients shoulders to finish formalities, no proper support/process. Locality is not good, even patients attendees will get sick if stays for 2days over there. No token system, crowded like public places.
