Don't go to this hospital, 19K + 52K = 71K charged * Only 1 injection + saline given * Injection price inflated * No procedures done * Poor communication * Patient had to be shifted elsewhere The patient was at your facility for just 2 hours, during which only 1 injection and 1 saline were given. Yet we were charged a shocking 71,000 -- broken into 19,000 initially, and another 52,000 later for an injection that costs approximately 25350 in the open market. This is an unjustifiable overcharge with no transparency. Attaching the injection price screenshot below. Most importantly, we were not clearly informed of the full process or charges upfront. Your staff only said that the injection was needed for thrombolysis -- no details were shared about its cost, risks, or what would follow. After giving the injection, your team themselves advised us to shift the patient elsewhere, saying further treatment couldn't be done there. Despite your claims of having 24/7 cardiac care and modern infrastructure, no procedures like thrombolysis, angiography, or advanced diagnostics were done. The lack of proper communication, inflated billing, and inadequate action made this a deeply disappointing and stressful experience during a critical emergency. We urge people to be extremely cautious and ask for full transparency before proceeding with treatment here. They have charged 19K for 2hours,They have just gave 1 Injection and 1Saline, Worst experience ,They don't have proper equipment for heart related operations, but keeping 24/7 but don't give any treatment, check the attached bill for reference.

My friend had severe chest pain last night ,taken him to near by venkateswara heart hospital.Dr.balakishore hod from kims savera did angiogram ,very experienced and well talked . hospital is well equipped and staff are excellent and experienced.

My husband is being admitted under Dr bala Kishore for severe chest pain.hThr way he received us and treated us was very comfortable,the angiography procedure was painless and quick . counselling was good for angioplasty.we got discharged within 2 days

Really I'm shocked over the hospital maintainance,& location suitably fantastic, with severe pain I went to the hospita on 01.07l at 1..55 early morning jy 4.30 early morning pain had been controlled Doctor suggested me to come NY 9.30 am, ANJIO finished by 2.30, it was my 100% satisfaction over doctors action& reaction towards my problem, he explained me very clearly about the future decade with my problem. Actually I have seen him 23 years before when he was in studies, Niw very grown up, sincere honest, hospitality what not in every aspect perfection is experienced. Came with severe chestpain at night very good treatment given by Dr. Balakishore and staff. Done angiogram, doctors is very experienced and explains everything things regarding . Highly recommend for heart patients
