Staff is not feeling responsible especially rajalaxmi. even there are rooms they denied us and not at all provided rooms due to some internal ego issues by staff.we suffered alot. But the treatment is good and doctor answers very smoothly for every queries which is appreciated. Doctor are highly professionals.

I am a gold Smith ..from Nellore..I have polio with multiple spine deformities..And large kidney stones..Dr. Ranganathan at Aravind hospital did keyhole operation and it was successful..I am happy.. Many thanks to the doctor and hospital..

As we went To the Hospital for the OP after a long wait the Doctor Came to his room later After a long wait when our Trun came we went Inside He Just turned the pages of The previous Reports in arrogant way ...neither he explained the problem nor He Said anything regarding it ...he just used a word As NEED SURGERY.......And He also Said rhe Price without Discussing about the problem When we spoke Regarding The health card He Refused That your Status is not Of using health cards and He asked to pay The amount ......when we asked regarding the problem and what actually happend...he just Used a word As "WE DONT DO TREATMENT FOR THE PERSONS WHO QUESTIONS US"......this he indirectly says just come to us show ur reports and don't ask regarding the Problem .....Neither He Described and treated the patient properly .........!He gives all the careless answers to the patient ....he doesn't even what we say.... Worse Hospital Especially dr.Ranganadhan He doesn't even know how to treat and way of speaking to the Patient... I Surely will not Recommend anyone to this hosptial Worse Experince ever .......One of the worse Doctor in Entire Andhra Pradesh ......!

I am a school teacher from Nellore.. My mother underwent key hole surgery for kidney stones by Dr. Ranganathan sir... She is an elderly person 80 yrs.. high risk for operations.. Her surgery was successful and comfortable now... I am great full to Dr. Ranganath sir.. At Aravind kidney center the treatment is on par with any other corporate hospital...

I had an appointment with Dr. RANGANATHAN recently and unfortunately, it didn't meet my expectations. The wait time was extremely long, and I ended up waiting for over an hour past my scheduled time. When I finally met with the doctor, the consultation felt rushed, and I didn't feel like my concerns were properly addressed. I was hoping for more explanation regarding my diagnosis and treatment options, but it was more of a quick, one-sided conversation. Additionally, I felt that the office staff wasn't particularly helpful or friendly. It left me feeling frustrated and unsatisfied with the overall experience
