Hospitality wise tremendous....treating patients like a family

One of the worst hospital ever i seen nobody treating like a patient ..the management is very poor performance from morning to now I didn't go to doctor for consultation not for an treatment so many child parents are getting panic due to this much of waiting ..nd so many are go back because of improper treating of patients..nd canteen .with big size of advertising boards but atleast no TEA is available here for patients..Ionly because of rating here 1 for my complaint...other than I didn't give dis rating of one....finally paina sotaram Lona lotarm..

My first delivery successful.... treatment plan was perfect

I don't recommend this hospital for delivery if you have medical insurance because, here billing is done based upon patient profile. For good profile & insured patients they are charging 50,000 & over. For the same cost we may get better hospitals, in the same area. My kid got delivered here only by Dr.RajaShree. Here there would be no consultation fee but prescribe too many medicines cost around 2000 to 3000, which all are not actually required. Mostly, they prescribe more powder packets, to improve "Amniotic fluid"(Umma Neeru). For my wife after delivery she used to be given high powerful pain killers to relieve from cesarean pain. I don't know due to unprofessional nurses, and some of them don't even know how to check BP. My wife got serious illness, her creatinine level came to 3 & she was immediately shifted to Trust hospital for temporary kidney disease due to powerful pain killers. Till today I don't know what went wrong & why it was happened, doctor also not shared any information to me. However, after a long struggle for one week she could come to the normal stage. Later, I heard from other people in Pitapuram that there were many such incidents happened in this hospital, but, which have not been come out to public. If anything goes wrong with patient they immediately shift patient to Trust or Apollo KKD. It may not wise to point out hospital if the mistake was from doctor. I suggest this hospital if you have no another choice, but, strictly I don't recommend Dr.Rajashree. I don't want others to suffer what I had earlier. During 90s this was an amazing hospital, but, not now, esp with Dr. RajaShree. I heard from other sources like she is very experienced doctor but I don't know why to her patients only it is happening like that. I just suggest that if you are capable of spending over 50,000 or have medical insurance for delivery then better to go for private hospitals, in the same locality because, this hospital is also charging the same amount. My wife had insurance but, I heard from sources that this was good hospital in the locality. So, I had to admit my wife here that was the mistake I did. Now she is fine & able to recover fast, with my consistent attention. The good thing in this hospital is, very peaceful atmosphere.

Very worst service they doesn't respond to patients but doctor vineela madam treated very well.the management was irresponsible not responding to patients
