Emergency cases are handled with lots of care.. and they make us feel free and doctors are doing really a amazing job. They took lot of care and did a wonderful job by making me help at my worst situation. And the staff were really good and take care till the end. It is such a good hospital

My mom was admitted to Keerthi Hospital for a urinary tract infection that led to a mild kidney infection, and we had a positive experience overall. Dr. Shiva and Dr. Keerthi were exceptional--polite, patient, and thorough in explaining her condition and treatment plan. The ICU staff showed remarkable patience and care, even when my mom was uncooperative and shouting. A big thanks to Dr. Shiva, Dr. Keerthi, and the staff for their dedication! However, the pharmacy staff could be more patient when interacting with customers. Highly recommend for quality care!

Good service at any time. Positive response. Quick action by staff and management. Healthy atmosphere. The way of response by Keerthy madam and Siva sir is very positive and better way.

My family member joined for an emergency treatment. Keerthi madam and siva kumar garu responded immediately and treated very well. Keerthi madam explained everything clearly and has given very good and satisfied treatment. Staff was also very good and has given very good service. I suggest 100% this hospital, and the rooms were cleaned neatly twice a day. Service was very good.

On 07.02.2025, my mother aged 88 years was felt breathlessness. On call, Keerthi hospital immediately sent ambulance. The driver cum medical assistant immediately took a photo of my mother & sent to Doctors and rushed to the hospital. Meanwhile Doctors identified this as heart attack and made all necessary arrangements before the patient reached the hospital. As soon as the ambulance reached the hospital, all ICU emergency staff were ready to receive the patient and quickly treated my mother. Thanks to Dr.Shiva kumar& Dr Keerthi for immediate attention. Hats off to all the hospital staff for taking care of my mother with great love & affection like family. Hospital Infrastructure is also good. Dr.Keerthi & Dr Siva Kumar clearly explained about mother's health condition periodically and cleared all our doubts patiently. Ponnur should be proud of having Keerthi Hospital. My grandfather has been joined here with snake bite problem. They started treatment quickly all the nursing staff and supporting workers are good in behavior and work. Both doctors are treating good and explaing the problem and current situation in humble manner with patients. Overall experience is good with this hospital.

My Mom aged(65) got admitted for low sugar levels on emergency .As soon as the ambulance reached hospital, all ICU emergency staff were ready to receive the patient and quickly treated my mom. Dr.Shiva sir diagnosed and clearly explained us on Plan of treatment. Thanks to Dr.Shiva Sir for looking after the holistic health condition on my mom who is having multiple health issues apart from addressing the current issue.
