Extremely Satisfied with My Experience I recently underwent laproscopic gallbladder surgery through the EHS scheme, Dr. Shashank sir, who treated me, is truly outstanding--calm, dignified, friendly and exceptionally kind in his approach. The appointment system is smooth and efficient. Everything from admission to discharge was handled in a systematic and organized way. The hospital is clean, hygienic, and well-maintained, comfortable. Nursing staff were caring, attentive, and always responsive to my needs. The aayas (support staff) were also very helpful and kind. Duty doctors,shashank sir visit regularly and were patient in answering all my queries, clearing every doubt I had with clarity and compassion. I had a mixed experience at Sri Keshav Emergency Hospital. The hospital is relatively accessible, located in a convenient area, which makes it easier for emergency cases to reach quickly. The medical care I received was satisfactory, though there were moments when communication could have been clearer, especially regarding treatment options and waiting times. The doctors shashank sir very knowledgeable and calm under pressure, which was reassuring during an urgent visit. One of the standout features of the hospital is its cleanliness. The emergency ward is fairly well-maintained, and the hospital has adequate facilities to handle various emergency situations. However, the waiting time could be improved, especially during peak hours. The hospital could benefit from adding more staff during these times to reduce delays in treatment.
