The hospital's token system needs significant improvement, as my visits this month were poorly managed. While the doctor was excellent. Better management of the token process is essential for a smoother patient experience. Management should focus on this issue.

Token system to be improved, they are following token system, too much time taking, they are giving token numbers while taking OP but no use

Token system is worst , better the management should take care of this otherwise will lost reputation

Dr. Gnana Prasanna is one of the best doctor I have ever seen. Very friendly and honest and straight to the point. Gives suggestions. She never gets angry for asking many questions and keep smile on her face always and nursing staff is very good as well. Hospital will crowded and busy always but the experience we get after speaking to Doc is great.

I don't know what is the benefit of taking token/appointments in advance. They don't send people by order. Only those who know the nurse inside get attention. Management should look into this
