It is a money-sucking corporate hellhole where human dignity goes to die. What my family went through here was not just negligence -- it was institutional cruelty, wrapped in arrogance and covered with fake smiles. Here are the filthy truths they don't want you to know: --- 1. Insurance = Delay Game = Mental Torture On Monday, we were told nothing would proceed without insurance approval. We agreed, submitted a letter accepting full financial liability by 11 AM. You'd think a heart patient would be a priority. WRONG. For the next three days, the admin officer did NOT say a word. Despite seeing us face-to-face multiple times, he chose silence over decency. Not incompetence. Not laziness. This is calculated neglect. 2. DENIED WATER for 4 HOURS - Let That Sink In. From 9 AM to 1 PM, our family member - a heart patient - kept asking for water. She was alone. She was crying. Staff had the audacity to say, "your file is moving," and "no attender number." In a hospital that charges 28,000/day, the patient was left to dehydrate while they watched. And when I asked them they say if u love ur mother can't u even bring water. Unless they inform how will we know 3. Tossed to a Suffocating Corner Like Garbage at Discharge: Just because she was being discharged, the patient was dumped in a corner bed with no ventilation. She kept saying, "I can't breathe," but no one blinked. Apparently once your bill is printed, you're no longer a patient - you're an inconvenience. 4. Angiography Delayed Despite Everything: The test was due Monday. They delayed it to Tuesday citing "scheduling issues," despite our written assurance that we will pay if insurance is not approved. So in this hospital, life-saving procedures wait for paperwork and laziness. 5. Discharge Summary = A Joke The summary repeatedly referred to a female patient as "he." Careless? No. Disrespectful and dangerous. If they can't even get gender right, what trust can you have in their diagnosis? 6. Forcing In-House Pharmacy Like a Mafia Racket: You're forced to buy medicine from their pharmacy. Try to get it from outside and you'll be threatened, manipulated, and emotionally blackmailed to move your patient out. It's extortion under a white coat. 7. Aakash Palem - The Great Disappearing Act: This man called saying he wanted to talk. We waited TWO HOURS - he vanished without a word. It's all a show to appear involved. Fake PR, zero substance. 8. The CAO - The Management's Loyal Henchman: The Chief Administrative Officer is the perfect symbol of everything wrong with this hospital: arrogant, unaccountable, and drunk on petty power. He refused to acknowledge complaints, didn't provide responses, and basically took the patient hostage over made-up nonsense. Let's not sugarcoat it: He is the obedient ox sent to bulldoze your dignity. 9. The overall environment at Pedeswara Heart Care Center reeks of control, arrogance, and profit-driven hypocrisy. Before speaking to the doctor, patients or attendants are forced to hand over their phones and remove footwear -- not out of hygiene protocols, but clearly as a power play meant to enforce submission and create a false aura of superiority. When we asked a valid question -- why was treatment stopped despite our written assurance to pay the bill -- the so-called **"god" of this place coldly replied, "Take your patient away." Just pure arrogance. 10. The final nail in the coffin is if you step into their food kiosk, it becomes even clearer: only samosas and sugary drinks are served. Yes, in a heart care center! making their next patients. BOTTOM LINE: Pedeswara Heart Care Center, Vijayawada is a heartless machine built to squeeze your wallet, break your spirit, and toss your family out when you're no longer profitable. This is not healthcare. It's business with a scalpel. Avoid this place like the plague. Don't walk away - RUN.

Worest experience... hospitality & staff talking to client is very bad...minimum curtacy is no more in hospital.. Hospital Main moto is earning money in patient every ware...
