Very Disappointed with Hospital Management and Staff Behavior
I had a very unpleasant experience at this hospital, especially in terms of management and staff behavior.
There was no proper sitting area for patient attendants. We had to stand for long hours, which is unacceptable for a place handling serious medical cases.
The security staff and some nurses near the step-down ICU were unprofessional and insensitive.
One incident that truly shocked me was when I was reviewing my mother's test reports--something I have every right to do as her son and primary caretaker. A nurse rudely told me I shouldn't be looking at the reports and should only speak to the doctor. When I questioned this (especially since we paid for all the tests), she walked away murmuring something disrespectfully.
A hospital should provide care not only to patients but also respect and support to their families. Unfortunately, this place failed on both fronts. I hope the management takes serious steps to improve.

I gave only 1 star because Dr.Sudheer Naidu who is working as a neurologist I have visited him from 2025 january wasted my time by giving medicines regarding my muscles tightness upto this june 2025 he is not even a good knowledge doctor he understands the problem slowly and give medications and waste people time I thought medicover hospital has some standards but I found the reality the doctors doesn't have much knowledge about all cases . completely dissatisfied and wasted my time because of him worst neurologist ever .
