I am thinking how to express my thanks to everyone involved my uncle's Tumour surgery. I want to share our story. At the beginning month of this year 2025 we got a shocking news that one of our family member found a tumour and a narve totally damaged. As soon as possible we directly go to Chennai Apollo speciality Hospital for treatment. There we meet neuro surgeon Dr. M Balamurugan and ENt Doctor S kannan. They and their team urgently do my uncle's surgery within 2 days. They are very careful and respond fast. Doctor and Team, medical staff everyday morning come to check health and communicate. They are very active. Nurses are very hardworking and take care patient and attendent also. They give medicines timely. At the critical time of my uncle they take all responsibility, risk and do everything they can. Day by Day my uncle become healthy. Doctor and Team, their actions and our pray to bhagwan My uncle got a new life. They are successful to save my uncle. I am very thankful to Bala sir and team, nurses, madical staff...

We visited the Apollo clinic Dispur as a part of routine full body checkup packages. The staffs are well behaved as well as very helpful. Mrs Pallabi at the front desk came out to be very helpful and helped us even during her off duty. This shows her sincerity and devotion towards work. Also the medical results and the Dr's counseling post results were satisfying. Would surely recommend

Otherwise the clinic is good. However, the nurses are not so responsive. Even they try to push the responsibility on others. After consulting with concern doctor, my son was made to wait for a long time for administering a steroid injection. I had approached them two/three times. However, they made us waiting on the pretext that room was not available. They were sitting leisurely without checking the rooms.

I received excellent and perfect service here. Getting an appointment was easy and the clinic was clean. The billing was fast and the radiology technician were very professional. Reports were ready on time and the doctor directed nicely about the diagnosis and follow ups.

The whole process from appointment to blood test and report was hassle free and the staff was supportive and professional. Doctors are good and highly qualified. The location is good. The clean and hygienic space makes waiting for tests/appointments problem free.

There was miscommunication at the reception regarding the doctor's availability. I was told to come at 1:30 PM, but the doctor had already left. Later, I was informed the doctor would be available at 6:30 PM, but that was also incorrect. This caused confusion and inconvenience. Kindly improve coordination and communication.

Dr. Isha Goel is one of the best doctors ever. She is one of the rare few doctors who actually listens to her patients' concerns, takes genuine interest, doesn't rush and answers every question. She will make sure you are comfortable. To my fellow women, if you are looking for a good gynaecologist in Guwahati, i would heavily recommend her.
