Not friendly, would say rude behaviour. Nothing punctual. Worst among some apollo clinic I visited

Very bad experience while trying to book an appointment. Very rude and uncouth behavior over the phone. Apollo kindly take note to make background checks before hiring staff who take calls to book appointments. The ignorant employee on the end of the line doesn't know how to respond to a call. It seems like he was frustrated working here and didn't want to book an appointment over the phone. Please don't call their number mentioned. We just ask for a little bit of professional courtesy while booking appointments. To be a good diagnostic centre you should first hire the right kind of employees who respond well and have a proper understanding of the situation at hand. Kindly teach some etiquette and give them proper training to be a first responder over the phone. My first call makes me not want to ever book an appointment ever with Apollo Diagnostic Centres. And please remove the word "Best" because truly you are the WORST in Customer Services. Kindly do a check on your Bora Service, Guwahati center and remove your uncouth employee who responds to calls. This rude person has brought shame on Apollo's brand name which has taken them years to develop. I am sorry to say this but kindly take this constructively as this will be helpful for end - users in the future . Zero Tolerance should be placed in effect .

Price are very high as completes to other labs. Got my vitamin b12 and Vitamin D3 tested. Took around 3200/- from me. When asked other labs regarding the price it came out to be around 2850/- Very expensive. Taking money for brand and nothing else. Please don't charge so much amount uselessly. It's our hard earned money.

Worst service. Took 1hour for an xray to be done that too for a film only. They didnt even bothered to provide report for the xray. Overall experience was bad.

Had a very good experience. Went there with a faulty report. But proved absolutely normal. Thanks to the diagnostic and wonderful staff.

Corporate manager Mr Ratan Singh is an absolute asset to the hospital. I went to get my TB test for my visa and he made the process super easy and fast. Definitely recommend this clinic to people. Staff is friendly and the doctor Dr Rakesh Periwal is a good doctor!

worst clinic ever....highest price in all of assam employees are also not punctual

Unprofessional and not punctual at all. Disregards all sorts of professional behaviour during blood collection and report delivery. Overpriced and not recommended.
