Staff is very rude and mannerless,dont know how to behave properly with patients. They should learn some basic etiquettes .Worst experience . No one is asking them to provide extra comfort or even seats. The least the staff can do is behave properly with aged patients who are already sick. Behaviour is very disrespectful,careless and neglectful even after payment of proper amount of money .The management should look into this matter and take measures

I had a very disappointing experience at PC Hridayalay. The hospitality was extremely poor, and I was shocked by how unprofessional the staff were. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the clinic lacks basic courtesy and organization. I expected better service from a healthcare facility, but sadly, my experience was far from satisfactory. I do not recommend this clinic based on my visit today.

Very bad experience. Booked for morning session but Doctor was not available from 11.30 am to 1.45 pm. No positive reply/response received from staff. Had to cancel appointment.

Lack of management issues. Patients are ignored seriously, actions are needed to take on partiality.

I don't think people should just simply vent their aggression for space or sitting arrangement for a building which is already built and steady !! Even after false comments and writing nonsense people still choose to visit the same Dr. for future purposes. It's very easy to pass comments on little things. And a place where patients in large number are paying visit how exactly do you want to be treated? The saffts are there for patients treatment issues and booking not to comfort or provide extra seats or some snacks just because the room is full. 6 out of 20 people will always have some unsatisfactory comments. If seats are full means the Dr is renowned to have this rush at his place. Let's normalise not commenting on seats and building size but rather the Doctors Treatment and advice which will eventually help in the well-being.

Doctor is good, but I feel they don't value patients time. I called the staffs twice, shared my appointment number and ask them at what time should we visit as my father is aged but they said us clearly both the times that we should come by 12:30 to 1pm.we waited for 3 and a half hours and then we got to see the doctor. 3 and half hours waiting time is not acceptable at all as this not a charitable hospital.

Nice place, but too busy with patients. Not much spacey. Management is so so.. Has much room for improvement. One Doctor's place.. Need to wait a lot to visit the doctor.

Chu***a doctor he doesn't t know how to behave with patient and we have to wait for a echo for 4 hours and then his assistant come and said doctor said he will do echo at 7 pm then I asked them to return money but they didn't but at last they give my money back after a long conversation.*SO DON'T GO FOR THIS DOCTOR PLEASE*
