Wonderful quality of service by the staff and the nurses, great comfort and ambience. We consulted the nephrologist Dr Paramita Ayu. Excellent Doctor. Overall a very professional experience. We are very happy to not have to go overseas for high quality healthcare.

Nightmare experience here where they refused to give me my radiology files after an MRI. I was told it's the hospital's policy that they do not share radiology files with patients. I was hoping that a brand new hospital with international consultation meant that they would figure out the admin issues that plague other hospitals in Bali, unfortunately not. I got an MRI here: 1. First they sent me the wrong password for the results 2. Then they sent me the wrong persons MRI results 3. Then the MRI report they sent me had no mention/discussion regarding the very specific issues being investigated with this MRI. I asked if they could correct this error and get comment from the radiologist on my issues, they said no. 4. They then refused to give me the files for my MRI images, they said it's against hospital policy to do this. When I explained that this isn't acceptable because I need the files to share with my surgeon at another hospital, they ghosted me. It took SEVEN follow ups (email, phone calls, and WhatsApp) before they finally sent me the MRI files that I had already paid 7M for. Truly an astonishing experience of bad policy and complete incompetence. I hope I never have to go back here and I strongly urge the hospital to reconsider its policy of not sharing radiology files with patients.

Went there for a health screening. Extremely satisfied with the whole process, from the online booking to the screening itself. A whole comprehensive package including blood test, chest x-ray, CT scan, treadmill test, dental and optical.... This is awesome to have such a modern and efficient hospital here in Bali, much better than some hospitals back home in Europe.

Went there for MCU Health Screening and orthopaedic consultation. Highly professional, super clean, great equipments, and the exceptional care and welcoming of Balinese. Glad to finally have access to this level of Medical services in Bali, a big change for the community here and really positive for the future!

Went there for a Health Check Up. The service prior and during the check up was exceptional (Putri and Evi are amazing in ensuring the process is as smooth as possible). The staff made sure waiting times are minimised and the doctors took their time to answer any questions. BIH, keep up the fantastic work!

My doctor asked me to do a scan so I came to this hospital. They took 12 days days after the scan to send me something, there was no analysis just 100s of images that I couldn't share with my doctor because it's locked to my email. When I did a scan with hospital Kasih Ibu, I got my results the same day. Seriously what is this hospital? They said they need me to do the scan again because the first one didn't work.

I went for the comprehensive Jade Health Package and was very satisfied. This is a much better hospital than Siloam or BIMC although they are OK. BIH is set up for medical tourism and is the first hospital in Indonesia with foreign doctors on staff. Indonesian doctors are fine but this has always been a problem that they don't have international expertise in the hospitals to improve information sharing and techniques. The process was very good, professional and complete. I couldn't even get an answer for a health package from Siloam. BIH is responsive, helpful, and the prices are great. I usually fly to Bumungrad in Thailand. BIH has hired staff from Bumungrad which is a great sign. Most modern facilities I've seen in Bali. Most competent staff.
