Arc Hospital

Worst experience at their lab ever in my life. Useless person are managing desk and old machinery are being used while producing fake report is highly likely. Moreover they are working without GST invoice or any bills against payment. I will certainly reach out to tax authorities and consumer court to raise my complaint against these money haunter doctors and it's management.

Pathetic service offered by hospital- Doctor ARCHANA SINHA! I have had worst experience during my USG scan with her. She was shouting almost on every old age patient in the room and none of them were able to disclose their pain. When it was my turn. She started shouting that why I came for scan on or around 3 PM (I was there since 2:00pm,waiting for my name call out) and why could not I come at weekdays, since it's Sunday and she has to go back home! When I replied back saying that hospital staff has accepted my report and have your availability. She started ranting on me saying- "I am not doing a charity work and I also have a family. I don't buy groceries with this money" Later she stopped questioning when I asked her that why she works on Sunday as this is not our concern if she is getting late. After all the heated conversation I was deeply upset and stopped the conversation since I am pregnant and could not take stress to debate. I will never recommend this hospital to anyone,because of the rude behaviour by staffs and now by DOCTOR! Shouting on pregnant patients or any patients without any valid reason is not acceptable at all. Please REFRAIN from going here.

I had a terrible experience at ARC Hospital during an ultrasound scan. The doctor who performed the scan clearly lacked experience, leading to inaccurate results. Moreover, the hospital uses outdated technology for CT scans, which produced false reports. This could have been life-threatening if I hadn't sought a second opinion from a more reliable source. Thankfully, the second opinion saved a life. I strongly advise others to avoid relying on their reports and to seek better-equipped and more professional facilities. Patient safety should never be compromised like this.

Very bad management and very ride behaviour of reception stap if you ask something they will reply in very bad manners I never want to suggest to anyone go there Even they are not allowing under doctor cabin with patient for support. Literary very bad service in bhagalpur.

Worst to worst service , Not proper staff and they not provide proper information and service. And management will not be taken responsibility about his staff and system.

I had to visit this hospital several times. The first impression of any place is cleanliness. The bathroom I am pretty sure the hospital staff and doctors have their own bathroom but the bathroom offered to OPD patients is not even worth to look in. Need to let go some profit and invest to this serious and hygienic topic.

Doctors are well experienced and hospital managements are good, staffs are very polite and kind behaviour all over excellent experience. I m very satisfied

This Hospital make fake report. I have done a full ultrasound ,literally each and every data about here's report is incorrect. After 3 days again I have done ultrasound from 2 another lab both of them gave same report. I have file a complaint against this Hospital in Health ministry. They play with the life of patients. They are just doing Dirty Business. I want refund . Pathetic Experience.
