Doctor's expertise in diagnosis & appropriate remedies is transcendental, very excellent. But, the staffs are highly rude & mannerless, one has to be real patient to prevent physical brawl from the staffs. They should have to value the time of appointment on app but they are just ignoring it. This needs to be changed.

Dr Vikas is the most humble and polite doctor I have ever come across. He possesses plethora of knowledge (DM, Gold Medalist) but is never arrogant. We don't know him personally but he is always available to answer the queries. My father underwent pacemaker implantation under his supervision two years back, but Dr Vikas still responds to any doubts and provide apt guidance. We are very thankful to him.
Update - It would be great if an online booking (paid) can be facilitated. This would be really helpful for patients.
