Terrible Experience at Healing Hospital - Completely Unprofessional and Money-Minded I've never been this disappointed with a hospital in my life. Healing Hospital has shown nothing but mismanagement, zero professionalism, and a complete lack of empathy--especially shocking for a place that claims to provide maternity care. My wife is pregnant, and we enrolled in their maternity plan thinking it would offer consistent, quality care. But right from the start, the experience has been frustrating. They changed the consulting doctor without even bothering to inform us. Fine--we tried to be understanding and continued with the plan. But then comes the worst part: the consultation fee, which was Rs. 200 when we joined, was suddenly doubled without any notice. When I visited for the consultation, I was casually told, "Management has decided to increase the fee." No explanation, no prior communication--just a take-it-or-leave-it attitude. What's stopping them from raising all the charges whenever they feel like it? It's clear this hospital is only interested in squeezing money out of patients. I even showed them proof of my previous bills, but no one cared. Not a single staff member tried to explain or resolve the issue. When I said I wanted to discontinue the plan, they didn't even bother asking why or offering help. That shows how little they value their patients. Healing Hospital is a joke. Their staff is careless, the management is greedy, and there is absolutely no concern for patient trust or well-being. Choosing this place was a huge mistake, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone--especially for something as important as maternity care.

I had a wonderful experience at Healing Hospital during my pregnancy, delivery and post delivery.The doctors, especially Dr. Ramandeep Kaur (Gynac) and Dr.Prabhjeet Kaur (Peads) were caring, supportive, and professional throughout. The nursing staff and OT staff was kind and attentive during both labor and postpartum care. Ms. Shagun , nurse from NICU was very dedicated and cares very humbly to my baby just like a mother. The facilities were clean and comfortable, making my stay stress-free. I'm very thankful to the whole team and highly recommend this hospital for maternity care.
