I am writing this review to express my deep disappointment and concern regarding the significant decline in hygiene standards at Apollo Hospital Bilaspur, particularly during my recent emergency admission. I was admitted via the emergency department, and I was immediately struck by the poor state of cleanliness. There were mosquitoes present throughout the emergency ward. This is completely unacceptable in any healthcare environment, let alone a critical area like the ER where sterile conditions should be a top priority. The presence of pests suggests a severe lapse in sanitation and raises serious concerns about the potential for infection transmission. To be admitted to a hospital for emergency care is already a stressful and vulnerable experience. To then be subjected to such unhygienic conditions is not only distressing but also undermines the trust patients place in your institution. Furthermore, the cost of treatment is far from negligible. Paying a hefty amount for medical care only to find such a blatant disregard for basic hygiene is simply unacceptable. Patients deserve a clean, safe, and sanitary environment when entrusting their well-being and hard-earned money to a healthcare provider. I urge the hospital administration to take immediate and decisive action to address these issues. This includes implementing stricter cleaning protocols, pest control measures, and a rigorous review of infection control procedures. I hope my feedback will be taken seriously and used to improve the standards of service for all.

Today I visited OPD in Apollo Hospitals today for my father's treatment and went to the OP Pharmacy for medications. The way of counseling by Mr. Laxmi, Ms Rani and Mr Hiteshwar was very effective. Medication counseling is essential for safe treatment, and it's great to see the pharmacy team celebrating medication safety its very great expectations for me.

Dear Apollo We request that you simplify the process for senior citizens to obtain medication at your pharmacy. Currently, it's quite challenging for them. Your assistance in making it more accessible would be greatly appreciated."

Third class standard service is being provided. What problem is the patient in The hospital or the staff do not care I would not have given a single star but I cannot do a review without a single star, so I gave it one star. Patients wait for a long time for their reports and sometimes their systems do not work, if this happens then the patient should be told directly that we will not be able to provide good service.
