One of the best cardiologist in India.The doctor(Dr.Padhi) is very well behaved and knows how to deal with all type of patients.The doctor will not suggest surgery if it is not needed.The doctor is well experienced and has the ability to treat even the most critical patients.I suggest this hospital to all the people.The doctor is a living God,90% of the disease will disappear only my talking to Dr. Padhi.The doctor including the staff members are good and the cost is also reasonable.

Dr. Sumanta is good, but the people at reception at his clinic at Lal ganga are very unprofessional. Reason for saying this is because
1. First of all they will stop taking booking appointment on phone when they things that they have received enough bookings. ( I suppose Dr. Sumanta would be unaware about the same)
2. If you even plan your visit and your day (which means forgoing some office work) to reach clinic before anybody else, but your appointment with doctor will be below somebody preferred or favorite patient who usually shows up the clinic after other patient.
3. If you were to show any reports which were asked by specifically by Dr. Samanta to be checked in order to change the medications or for further diagnosis and Dr. Samanta has given permission to meet him directly to show this reports, still the reception people will not entertain and will let the suffering patient wait in line, just to show the reports.
Since the clinic timings are after 07:00 PM, above factors make it better to consult with Dr. Samanta at MMI, rather than his clinic to avoid such discomfort.

Worst ,egoistic and arrogant doctor who doesn't have the value for life
He told us to do ROTA surgery for my grandmother condition even after knowing that its a very risky step to take considering her age.He convinced us to do the surgery and told that he has expertise in such cases.
He screwed the operation and keep my grandmother alive on CPR.From the day of operation her condition goes on worsening ,her both kidneys failed which was perfect before the operation ,he knewed that he blundered but kept her alive on high medications but can't kept her alive for not more than 3 days.Before operation he was very confident and ignored the every single word that we said about the complications and risk we are expecting at this age...soon after the operation he tried to backaway from the case.
3 days after operation i lost my grandmother on 27/12/24.....May anyone might not face such situation

One of the best Doctors in Cardiology at Raipur. We consulted him 4-5 times for my father's cardiac problem. I still remember the way he explained me everything after my father's angiography at MMI Hospital, we were so relaxed after the consultation.

I visited Dr. Padhi for my fathers uncontrolled high blood pressure as its not getting controlled since 20 days of his continued treatment and it was exceptionally high because of which he had severe headache regarding which I called Dr padhi and he asked to come for check up at mmi opd as we reached the hospital without caring for patient he started misbehaving with me that why I was calling him, he was not behaving like a doctor but like a rude arrogant layman, dear doctor I must say your expertise depends on ur behavior, for a patient his or her doctor is like God, just with the gentle words of doctor patients disease is half treated but if u continue misbehaving with your patient then the day is not far when your career will be completely ruined. Patient comes on trust of Nh MMI which is known for its management. They should check with such doctors who can ruin name of a prestigious hospital. I won't recommend him....

10 second consultation at NH MMI
Dr Padi and his assistant thinks that they are so damm great that they can do the consultation in 10 seconds without even asking anything from patient. No one should question them. If you question them, Assistant will misbehave. If you question the assistant, Dr will misbehave and call you "kachra" (dirt).
Dr didn't ask anything, didn't talk, just gave a prescription based on history, asked to wait and went away for hours. On asking when the Dr will do the actual consultation, the assistant misbehaved and said that consultation is done. On complaining against assistant, Dr misbehaved.
In his own words: "We are not dustbins for you to throw garbage at us".
This Dr is highly unprofessional, has no respect for other's time and will not give proper attention to the patient.
How can any Dr write a prescription without even talking to the patient about the problem he is facing.
Mr. Sumanth Paid: You are not doing charity work. You are paid for consultation and it is our right to get that.
NH MMI is a great hospital. I just hope one bad fish doesn't ruin it.

Merchant of death. My brother in law Dr Sameer Bhrigu went to the doctor last week due to severe chest pain. The doctor performed and misdiagnosed his heart attack as a gastric problem. Even though he was saying it might something bigger he coerced it is nothing. My brother in law went into a cardiac arrest that night and died a couple days later. Even if you google u can understand that the symptoms mentioned are related to heart problems. What kind of a cardiologist are you that you cannot diagnose basic heart related problem. Our lives and our families life are ruined thanks to this doctor. If u value your or your loved ones life never go to him. If there is an enemy you want dead send him to this doctor. He will serve as a contract killer for you. This is not the first negligence of this person, 3 other MR's died with the same poor diagnosis.
