Worst experience, Management is poor. Staff behaviour is worst I've ever experienced. 43 degree temprature and ac is not working at all, no fans in sitting area, nothing. Terrible for family who is waiting outside. They treat you like it's a government hospital.

Please do not go to dr pooja dwivedi for dietitian and nutritional purposes in smc hospital or his clinic in daldal seoni she is complete arrogant and once you take her membership of treatment she will start ignore and misbehaves with you. Rest hospital is very good

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to SMC Hospital Raipur for the excellent care provided during my father's angioplasty. The entire process--from admission to post-operative care--was handled with great professionalism and compassion. A special thanks to Dr. Mohanty, whose expertise, constant support, and clear guidance made a world of difference. The angioplasty was successful, and my father is now recovering well, all thanks to his skill and dedication. Dr. Mohanty is not only an outstanding doctor but also one of the most humble and kind-hearted individuals I have ever met. His reassuring presence and calm demeanor gave us immense comfort during a very stressful time. We are deeply thankful to the entire team at SMC Hospital and especially to Dr. Mohanty and Dr. Suryavanshi for their commitment to quality healthcare. Highly recommended.

Not good for emergencies, especially during night. I am deeply disappointed and concerned about the emergency service at SMC Super Specialty Hospital. We had a medical emergency around 2:00 a.m., and we rushed to the hospital expecting immediate care. Shockingly, all four gates of the hospital were completely locked. The emergency section was also closed, and no security guard was present to open the gates or assist in any way. In an emergency, every second matters -- but we were left stranded outside, unable to enter a hospital that claims to offer 24x7 care. We tried calling the hospital number listed on Google and Justdial . Someone picked up the call and informed us that he was at his home, and he would call someone at the hospital to open the gate even after waiting for almost 5 minutes which were too much at the point no one was there -- which is completely unacceptable in such a serious situation. The number provided should be always in hospital , how can someone take it to the home. This experience was not only frustrating but dangerous. A hospital being inaccessible during an emergency could result in a loss of life. This is pure negligence and a complete failure of basic emergency protocol. Such behavior is not expected from a "multi-specialty hospital." I sincerely hope the hospital takes strict action, improves its emergency response infrastructure, and ensures this never happens again to any other patient or family.

The worst possible experience you can get ...a simple report get delayed by hours and sitting time is too much ...how slow the service is .... it's slower than a snail that's for sure. One full body checkup takes 2 days ...I was just sitting here for hours that's why I thought why not make sure everyone else know how poor the facility and functionality is here. And yup the money is important...wanna experience the luxury of waiting like a fool along with paying a good fortune... its here.

My father was in the hospital for 10 days, he received very timely treatment when needed the most and subsequently care. The staff was wonderful. My dad is recovering well. Dr. Suryavanshi was wonderful, kept us informed. I met him during the followup appointment, a compassionate doctor. My gratitude to the doctors and the staff,

Worst Hospital ever and worst service . My father got admitted to this hospital, he was there for 2 days and not even a single doctor attended him. Dr Varsha Zanwar was supposed to handle this case, but she didn't even come to hospital .Also they charged OPD Dr visiting charge of Rs 1000 in the name of her. Also the Nursing staff is like they are the princess over there, until and unless you will call them they won't come to your room. You will only have to check and tell them that drip got over. you will only feel ashamed calling them as they make faces when called. Also some of them are very arrogant. If I had an option of giving -ve rating I would have give it. I think 4.2 is a false rating or paid rating.

Very pathetic patient handling, taking 1k Rs as OPD Charge and despite of seeing patient in OPD chamber, calling them to check in cathlab's small waiting area where there is no sitting facility available,12-15 patients are standing and Dr is not giving his time more than a minute. Not recommended at all, it's better to go to the govt hospitals without charges, here they are simply fooling the patients and looting our money.
