I recently visited for Typhoid treatment of my wife and had a mixed experience. The doctor I saw was fantastic -- very professional, attentive, and kind. They took the time to explain everything and made sure I was comfortable throughout the consultation. I felt well taken care of by the doctor, which is why I'm giving this review two stars. However, the nursing staff's behavior was a completely different story. Unfortunately, every time I asked a question or needed assistance, the nurses would respond by shouting or giving me an attitude. It was very unsettling and made me feel like a burden, which is the last thing you want when you're in a healthcare setting. There was a lack of basic courtesy and respect, and this really impacted my overall experience. I hope the hospital addresses this issue, as the doctor's care was great, but the nurses' behavior needs significant improvement to match the level of professionalism expected in a medical environment.

Highly qualified Consultant Physician with well established medical background and a decade long experience in treating patients with professional conduct. Dr. Brijal is very well known locally and he is quite friendly with patients. Due to high demand, sometimes the queue may be longer . So it is good to book the appointment by call in advance. The hospital & doctor are highly recommended by locals for medical services required in Daman and surrounding cities.

Shivam Hospital is a popular hospital in Daman. Dr Brijal Patel is very well qualified. He has been our family doctor for almost a decade now. I would say that we are blessed to have him as our family doctor. Being a very busy doctor, he gives enough time to each patient. Facilities provided: OPD, in patient care, tests like blood, urine, diabetes etc. Overall, I would recommend this hospital to all.

Firstly the hospital is on main road which is a very good for the new people to approach. And the hospital is quiet good they have many facilities. They don't take appointments on call you have to go personally there for the appointments. Morning time and evening time there are different times for the appointments. They have the facility for blood checkup , ecg, etc. The doctor is very nice. He treats patients nicely. There OPD timing is 10:00 am to 1:30 pm and 5:00 pm to 9:00pm Monday to Saturday And on Sunday 10:00 am to 12:00 pm.

Dr. Patel has knowledge and experience. On duty staff helpful and cooperative. Pathology test facility and day care treatment available. Hospital neat and clean. Good housekeeping. Charges affordable and reasonable. Medical shop also on floor. No need to go outside hospital to purchase medicine.

Doctor should prioritise the tasks and should not keep patients waiting for longer durations and also the doctor behaviour is very unsupportive towards his own patients.
