Hospital services are too good. Rooms are good. Doctors also very knowledgeable. Nurses on 2nd floor are quite cooperative and polite. The attitude thrown by the receptionist at the OPD is utmost arrogant. The fair straight hair lady in blue uniform at reception doesn't have positive approach towards patients. As per the norms each patient should be given feedback form which should include behavior of the receptionist at registration counter . They need to emphasise . No one wants their arrogance. They are paid via hospital charges ofcourse it includes receptionist also. Overall , a good hospital with all health facilities.

Dr. Suhel Nagarsekar is truly an outstanding pediatrician. He is incredibly patient, kind and thorough. He takes time during every visit, never rushes through appointments. He always takes time to listen to our concerns and explains everything clearly. We have complete confidence in his care. The hospital is clean and very child-friendly. The staff is efficient, and we've never had any issues with wait times. I highly recommend Dr. Suhel and Classic hospital to any parent looking for excellent pediatric care.

No point in taking appointments, the staff never follows the sequence. Even after taking appointment and reaching well before the scheduled appointment, one may have to wait for 30-45 minutes to see paediatrician.

I am extremely satisfied with our experience at Classic Hospital. From start to finish, everything was handled with such care and professionalism. The nurses, resident doctors, the Surgen, and the accounts person were all outstanding -- compassionate, efficient, and always helpful. We got my mother's knee replacement surgery done here, and it was carried out smoothly and without any stress on us. What truly impressed us was that the billing came in below the estimated cost, which is incredibly rare in most hospitals these days. Their charges were very affordable, and they did not create unnecessary pharmacy bills like many other hospitals do. A big thank you to the housekeeping staff as well for maintaining cleanliness and comfort throughout our stay. Dr suhail is very professional and a very kind hearted person, my son got a mole in his chest so I just walked in the hospital to take advice from doctor, he gave me the best advice, And didn't even charge me single rupee.. I really appreciate it. I recommend this hospital to everyone. They are the best paediatric doctors in goa. Whenever we are in goa and my kids gets sick my wife always take them to this particular hospital.

I have taken both my kids to Dr Suhel for all their vaccinations and treatments. He is very patient and attentive to all their symptoms . He will never prescribe antibiotics unless absolutely necessary and both my kids have always had quick recoveries under his care. With a doctor trust is most important and I would trust Dr Suhel blindly when it comes to taking important medical decisions for my kids.
