Vision Hospital Goa

The whole hospital staff are money making scammers and crooks. Last week, my Dad an elderly man experiencing chest pain was taken to the hospital's casualty department. My mother, a retired nurse, accompanied him. What followed was not just distressing, but a clear downright scam process. The doctors insisted we purchase a whole bunch of expensive of medicines and injections only from the hospital's in-house pharmacy. Among these were three expensive injections allegedly required immediately. While my mother watched the entire process carefully, only one injection was actually given to my father. Post discharge, When she questioned the staff, they angrily insisted all three had been administered. But after firmly stating her medical background and observations, the staff hesitated, left, and returned with one unused injection, claiming it was an "error." Upon further confrontation, they brought out the second unused injection clearly caught in their lie, visibly ashamed. It clearly seems like the whole staff from the doctors to the pharmacists are a part of this scam wherein they order extremely high quantity of medicines from the inhouse pharmacy and end up using only 20-30% of then and then splitting the cost of the remaining medicines or may be even reselling/restocking them in the same pharmacy. This was just a casualty visit, I wonder the magnitude of scams they must be performing with the in-house patients taking advantage of their situations. This happened to a local speaking, senior citizen couple, I can only imagine the length of scams that they must be looting tourists or outsiders who visit the hospital Avoid this hospital at all costs. They are in the business only to scam people rather than treating them

I went in a few weeks ago to Vision hospital to show an injury on one of my fingers caused by accidental scratches by my pet cat. I was asked to see Dr Christina from the Orthopedic dept. After waiting for sometime I was greeted by a gentle, smiling but assured young Dr Christina Joseph who knew what she was doing. She swiftly took matters in her hand, examined my finger and explained to me the gravity of the situation (explaining that I may need surgery on my finger and a good recovery time.) After following the antibiotics and care prescribed by her I went in to surgery which she performed deftly and successfully. Post the surgery she was always available on whatsApp and call, making sure when I should go see her, even on odd days, to check on my post surgery care and further steps to ensure my finger heals and functions well. Dr Christina is not just highly intelligent and skilled, she is kind, prompt and humane. I'm having good recovery and established a beautiful doctor patient relationship thanks to her treatment and demeanor. Highly recommend seeing her if you need Ortho expertise and care.

We arrived independently with a broken arm. We have never encountered such rude and disrespectful treatment in a hospital parking area. There was a free parking space, but we were told to park outside the hospital grounds, where there were absolutely no spots available. For a private hospital, this level of attitude is simply unacceptable. We sincerely hope that the person who treated us this way will one day find themselves in a similar situation -- and receive just as little help. We ended up going to Galaxy instead

I was at the clinic on December 23, 2024. I went to my first ultrasound to make sure that the pregnancy was progressing correctly, I went to Dr. Shraddha R. Who actually performed the ultrasound! It was the first time I encountered such a disrespectful attitude, firstly, the doctor did not greet me, and secondly, she did not ask me anything when she did the ultrasound, I felt a little uncomfortable, as she did it rudely! And the most annoying thing was that it was my first ultrasound, and I wanted the doctor to tell me what was going on inside me! As a result, after the ultrasound, they ordered me to go out and wait for a few minutes, they just gave me an envelope at the reception and that was it! I was shocked, I had to send the result to my doctor so that he would give me an explanation! I have a question for you?! What did I pay 1,200 rupees for? Are you seriously positioning yourself as a private clinic with the best services?! I have never encountered such rudeness and ignorance in such a strange form! It may be a job for a doctor, but for us, patients, these are important moments in life! I want you to answer all my questions and explain the situation!

My brother had a bad fall and was admitted in Vision Hospital. Dr. Christina was his attending doctor and we couldn't be happier with her. She's an excellent doctor and explaina everything in detail so you're fully aware of everything. Even during our post care visits, she always cleared all our doubts and was always open to all questions unlike most doctors who act like they don't have much time. She makes one feel very comfortable and does thorough follow ups. Highly recommended doctor! On the other hand with regards to hospital staff, what I completely did not like is their billing system. They took ages to complete the discharge formalities and keep saying we're following a process when in actual you can see them being least bothered to show any urgency when I had a very genuine problem to get back ASAP to my infant at home, but the staff just didn't seem to care. Also, sad to say the bathrooms are not maintained as well as they could be. Floors were left wet and that doesnt give s good impression from hygeine point of view.

Today I had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Sachin Nandkumar with my mother for a health and fitness consultation, and I must say--I've never come across such a sweet, down-to-earth human being in the medical field. From the moment we walked in, he made us feel completely comfortable and genuinely cared for. His approach was kind, patient, and thoughtful, taking the time to understand my mother's needs and explain everything in a way that was easy to grasp. It's rare to find a doctor who blends such warmth with professionalism. Truly grateful we found him!

Very good treatment. The Doctors are very good and experts, all facilities and check up latest machines are available good staff very centrally located...Manager Mr Rahul at reception will add solve all your issues.

Good doctor, completely incompetent admin My wife's appointment - we arrived at 11.15 for a 11.30 appointment. Waited till 12.45, asked what was going on, they'd forgotten the appointment. When she finally gets to go in, the room is like a fish market, people going in and out. Then, billing. Please go and pay. Oh, no, please sit down, the bill has to be signed. Another 15 minutes. Oh, please go put your name on the report. Another half hour. Where is the report? They're typing it. Another 45 minutes. Please go and wait. Staff are pleasant but utterly, utterly incompetent. How are you people unable to coordinate ANYTHING?
