AIMS HOSPITAL AMRELI

The hospital is very good, but the staff needs to be improved.

Very bad service and our experience. Bad management persons. All management persons are roaming inside hospital and speaking very loudly with patients and their relatives with in proper words. There slogan is "care is our cultural" but actually it is "cash is our cultural". Rude behaviour with patients. please don't goto this hospital. All medicine are very costly and everyday they give approx 8 to 12k medicine. I see all reviews comments most of the comments from their internal persons. 6

All staff doctors are useless, i have doubt on their skills nd degree. One my precious family member is not with us today. Please don't consider this hospital if you have any serious or emergency.

Receptionists were good, polite and calm. For them 5/5 Nursing staff was kind of rude and arrogant. I was there with my grandmother. She suddenly started breathing difficult/agitation so I asked staff there to measure her SpO2, to my wonder everyone just ignored my request. I repeated my request 3 times and they treated me like I'm invisible (am I Ms. India???). So I took oximeter and checked her SpO2 by myself. For this behaviour I would give 1/5. Well I thought they must be following hospital standards but No they don't. In the emergency room, all the bedsheets had urine and blood stains. They have washrooms available outside of the facility probably for OPD patients. If you use their washrooms then there are high chances that you'll get UTI because it was unhygienic, probably nobody cleaned it for years. Since it is risking patients safety I would give 0/5. Well I didn't see sanitizers anywhere in the hospital .

Poor service, my mother is admitted in this hospital due to cardiac problem. When you entered in ICU during night AC was off, patient feel uncomfortable due to hot whether, my mother tell ICU staff please start AC, but no one say his voice and avoid his, i request you to managing director of this hospital why are you not visit during day time in ICU ? Atleast talk with patients, what he/she feel in hospital . Otherwise day by day hospital credit will dow. I am staying. Ahmedabad last 7 year , i see that Ahmedabad is best for medical treatment.

I said my own experience , it's a provide very god service and treatment I'm admit during covid 19 and I'll recever in the numbers of day.. this hospital are blessing for Amreli town and near by villages

Congratulations Mr. Bhambhar, Dr. Kotadiya and AIMS Amreli team as I seen and experienced a great work done by all of u, I personally recommend Amreli district people to have worthy service as and when needed. Good luck for bright future ahead.
